If it were not for him, I would be suffering from extreme anxiety, probably have lost my gallbladder and so much more. sometimes the wait is long, but is worth the wait. For the longest time it was just him running things on his own. He has a lot of consistent costumers and that's because he is great at what he does. I have also had really good experiences with the other two chiropractors that work there. Chris is my number one go to when I have anything going wrong. He's done so much for me that other traditional doctors could not help with.

Thank God not all health care providers are like him. I am a dentist. I can never treat my patients on this disrespectful way. This man/doctor should be ashamed of himself. I thought I knew what Acupuncture was all about before I went to Krista. It's just needles, right?…read moreI was totally wrong! Fast forward to Krista Essler - she did nothing of what I expected. She actually listened to me and started our first session asking alot of questions about me and hearing me out on the issues that concerned me most. I decided to try acupuncture for chronic insomnia that I have experienced for most of my life in addition to carpal tunnel syndrome pain despite having two surgeries. Her advice and treatments saved me from taking prescription sleep pills and injections for pain which is the only thing doctors would ever recommend despite my fears of their potential side effects. I wanted to solve the problems, not cover them up with a temporary fix. Krista's methodologies include holistic therapy, nutrition, and supplements with acupunture to deliver real results. Her treatments and recommendations have been real game changers in dealing with my issues. She was able to identify triggers that contributed to my insomnia that I didn't even realize were part of the problem. She has incredible accuracy in finding the origin of painful areas and uses several different techniques to treat the areas. I also even enjoy going to her for a session to help me relax and de-stress. I'll just list some of the things that make her treatments different and more effective than other acupuncturists: 1. She listens to you and documents the history of what is ailing you throughout your entire body whether it's stress, pain, or chronic medical issues. 2. She treats the "root" of the problem and will do research to learn more about you. 3. She will do multiple treatments during one session if necessary (so don't expect your treatment to be a quickie). 4. She recommends foods/supplements that will actually help with your ailment. 5. She's truly concerned with helping you! Krista is a sweetheart and she's really there for the well being of her patients. She actively stays up to date about holistic therapies and treatments that are truly effective. She will even try these treatments on herself to test their effectiveness. I feel fortunate to have met Krista and I highly recommend her to anyone! Take the time to see her more than once. You won't regret it.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtful, calming, and intentional. Brandy, the owner, truly made the experience special! She took the time to help us schedule the right combination of services for our needs and ensured everything flowed perfectly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their experience! Services we enjoyed: Detox foot bath - incredibly relaxing and a great way to start the session Red light therapy - soothing, restorative, and left us feeling refreshed Salt room - hands down one of the most peaceful experiences, with zero gravity chairs and a cozy blanket that made it next-level relaxing Every detail was thought out, and the environment was clean, serene, and welcoming. If you're looking for a place to truly unwind, reset, and feel taken care of, Alchemy Lounge is it. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

I moved to the area four years ago. I used to do self-care and I was getting regular massages. Since I couldn't find anyone near where I lived, I had no choice but to discontinue my self care regimen. I won a gift certificate for time in the salt room. It was beautiful and relaxing and so therapeutic. I really enjoyed the experience so much. I was laying down in the salt on my back for most of my time in the salt room. There are 3,000 pounds of beautiful pink Himalayan salt in the room. If you don't want to lie down in the salt, you can sit in zero gravity chairs if you wish. The music is controlled by an MP3 player and you have the option to change the music to lower or raise the volume, etc. I just left it with what it was and it was super relaxing. Salt Room is likely something I never would've tried, so I was grateful to have this experience. I didn't even know this place was around! I have driven by it many times on 209 though. I don't do Facebook and apparently that's where they advertise the most so I didn't even know this business had been in the area for two years and it's relatively close to where I live. I enjoyed my experience so much that I decided to book a one hour massage. I'm very much looking forward to that. When I called to schedule my salt room experience, I requested a tour as well because I wanted to see what they could offer. The owner herself, took her time and took me through. She showed me all the different rooms and offerings that they have and I learned a lot about the red light therapy and other specialties. I really am looking forward to going back. If you're in the area, take a look and stop by. We really need to support local business. I know we need business like this desperately in our area and I'm so happy to have found this gem.

Krystle also did a body check on me too.
