The nurses told the nurse the cathider wouldnt fit but she tried to force it anyways. my child was screaming and there was a small amount of blood. we made them stop. My daughters privates was swollen and bruised for days. Due to this the office got mad that we made them stop and the refused to see my children. Now because of them i have an insurance that I cannot use and a sick eight month old child. The refuse to see my children even at the ER.

I don't have a back up pair of glasses - seriously, who buys two complete pairs of glasses? Insurance only partially pays for one pair. My prescription has expired - it's two years old. Why does an eye glass prescription expire, especially in an emergency situation? I can't get an appointment until August. I asked what I'm supposed to do between now and August. The response - "I don't know. That's why you should have a back-up pair of glasses." More than unhappy. They've lost two patients.
