My daughters privates was swollen and bruised for days. Due to this the office got mad that we made them stop and the refused to see my children. Now because of them i have an insurance that I cannot use and a sick eight month old child. The refuse to see my children even at the ER.

Why does an eye glass prescription expire, especially in an emergency situation? I can't get an appointment until August. I asked what I'm supposed to do between now and August. The response - "I don't know. That's why you should have a back-up pair of glasses." More than unhappy. They've lost two patients.
