I took it out on a washer dryer combination and when i asked about the protection plan I was told - Just make one phone call and someone will be out straight away to repair the item if they cannot then they will completely replace the machine for me know questions asked! This could not be further from the truth as its been weeks now and I still have not had anyone come out to even look at the machine! Apparently I now have to find a local repair company myself, pay for the repair myself and submit the bill to them for reimbursement I hope. It was easy to install, it looks beautiful, but you only have 2 choices of water temperature.... scalding hot or freezing cold. There is no way to moderate the water temperature. It`s almost impossible to get a balanced warm temperature. I am either scalding my hands, or freezing them. The faucet is complete garbage, and now I have to buy a new faucet because I didn`t return it, so that`s on me. However, I thought I would get used to the horrible temperature settings after a few weeks, but alas, I was incorrect in my assumption. I will now go to Home Depot and get a Kohler or Moen.

I would never work with these people. They think Hunter Douglas is such a superior product when in my experience, it is not. Just try exercising a lifetime warranty. Maybe the snobbish lady just has a bad personality, then she shouldn't be in sales. I will spend my 3000 elsewhere.
