It saddens me that their food is so freaking tasty, it is delicious, however prices just keep creeping up on the menus. I'd eat here probably every weekend if it didn't bust my wallet. It wouldn't hurt to deliver a few coupons or something, but this is literally the only delivery place that doesn't. I love their pitas and wings. The pizza is on the 'ehhh' side. $15 not including delivery fee, and the tip, so really about 20 bucks for a "large" pizza that is really medium sized was disappointing. The buffalo chicken pizza tasted great but arrived cold and dry as hell, it looked like it sat all day in an open box. I ate it anyway, whatever, it tasted fine. Well to wrap this up, I really really love the tasteful items this place makes. It was my favorite of all time. I just didn't care for the surprise raise in price on everything however a slow decline of quality. Please don't give up Euro Gyro. I really like your food. My favorite is the cheesy buffalo chicken pita! read more

Eurogyro - Gyro. Fried Pickles. Jojos. - Pizza Near Me - Canton, Ohio

Had this pizza and wings many times over the years and liked them. It had been a while since I had any of their pizza. I noticed they had a sign saying " under new management ". Not sure the problem but the pizza was sour and the wings were tough but at least edible. The pizza I through out. I sent an email to the main contact for eurogyro and never got a response. read more

I recently ordered a pretty small order from Eurogyro. I've had a few issues with them in the past, but nothing worth mentioning. Missed/wrong items, long wait times, and some bad packaging or what note- again not a big deal - if you're ordering food after 11 pm from a bar on Cleveland Ave - it's totally reasonable to think the order is going to messed up. It's almost charming. This last order there - Jesus. It was like the person who prepared my food had a grudge against me...personally. I don't know how they did it but they were able to not only burn the food (like really burn) but also delivered cold (I'm less than 2.5 miles away). Burnt cold food. The packaging reminded me of my time in war. I felt like who ever delivered my food hit and IED and was still able to keep the remnants deliverable. It is comical. This was so bad. I feel like Euro gyro needs to focus on being a shitty bar and stop trying to be a shitty bar and a shitty food place. Just focus on selling stale beer and over priced shots to people waiting to meet their plug in the parking lot. (You know some shady shit has happened in that ill lit parking lot.) As for the the people that run that place - I've had more meaningful conversation with children. They're not open to any sort of conversation. Their direct response is immediate anger. What a way to be as a person! I'm not sure how they have been able to communicate on a regular basis. It's like if the bad guys from the movie Goonies owned a bar. I'm also pretty sure they never wash their hands. I can't prove that - I just get this feeling of like a filth where I need to immediately bathe. So as a suggestion instead of ordering from this place you should try starving instead. It would taste better, be healthier, and less chance to get food poisoning or whatever disease that is surely come out of that condemned shit hole! read more

We had never eaten here and since we were in the area we thought we'd check it out. We started out behind the building where we chose what we wanted. The sign directed us to go to the second window which we did. No one else was in line and only two cars in the parking lot. There was a doorbell to press at the window which we did. The window was open and you could hear a radio playing inside. No one came to the window. After at least 5 minutes I used my phone and called them. No answer the first time, called again and someone answered very rudely. I asked if they were open, they said yes. Were we there to order or pick up. I said to order. They said ok and hung up. Never came to the window after at least 5 more minutes. It was the oddest experience we've ever had at a drive through in our lives. We left. read more

Horrible service while trying to use Doordash. Started with one Dasher, ended with another. After an hour of waiting, was told my order is cancelled because the restaurant couldn't fill my order. What the heck. You couldn't have told me an hour earlier that you couldn't fulfill it? This is unacceptable customer service. You have my phone number, please call me if you cannot fill the order. read more

If I could rate this zero stars I would. The food was less than mediocre... but I guess that's what I expect for a 5$ burger. the bun was hard, the fries were cold...: but that was after we waited 45 min for our food, and there were maybe 10 people in the entire establishment. The service was less than subpar. The only good thing about this supper was the 1$ beer. Our server was no where to be found and in order to get drink refills we had to go to the bar. The salad was 5 bucks and was iceberg lettuce and black olives.... that's not a Greek salad. Either way, we wasted $26 bucks.... I could have went for $5 pizza somewhere else and had great service and great food. I'm still kicking myself in the butt for not going there. Never again. read more

I've been here before and the food was okay, but this time I had a HORRIBLE experience. The pizza was awful and looked like it was just thrown together with little to no effort, it wasn't even sliced into pieces. And on top of that there was a LONG ASS BLONDE HAIR IN THE MIDDLE OF IT. Please never eat here it's disgusting. read more

Eurogyro - Barbecue chicken pizza - Pizza Near Me - Canton, Ohio

They have horrible service, won't answer phones, and it takes multiple calls to even place an order. We brought the pizza home and it was a loaf of bread surrounding a pool of cheese. Gross. I had to fix it at home, almost remade it and baked it because it was undercooked. I might as well have made my own. I will not order here again. Their pizza has gone downhill these last few years and it's a shame because we used to order here all the time, not just on Wednesdays. If I could, I would give it negative 3 stars and hope the place shuts down. read more

Eurogyro - This was the pizza we got from Eurogyro on Cleveland Ave in Canton. Awesome if you like a loaf of bread for crust and a pool of cheese. - Pizza Near Me - Canton, Ohio

This is the first time I have ever left a review. Our pizza was not delivered and when I called 3 times and was disconnected each time I tried again. On the 4th time I talked to the manager that said they could not help since I had ordered through a third party (which we paid a $9 tip, and like $10 in service fees for). I am assuming the driver didn't brig our pizza b/c Euro Gyro didn't give it to them. The manager said I was not listening to her explanation... I was but disagreed with their poor customer service. read more

Ok I had a wonderful experience. I got the wings and the hot Italian sub. Both were excellent. Not only was it a Sunday night during Covid but they delivered late and it was hot and wonderful. I even checked on the delivery as they were a little behind schedule via phone and the lady was very nice. Glad I could count on someone to be open this late. read more

This has to be THE WORST PLACE TO ORDER FROM. We ordered at 11:27, they close at 1am. It's now 1:36. Lol this is a joke, the lady on the phone sounds like she IS MISSERABLE AS FUUUUU. They told us our driver got a flat so of course you know our $35 order is cold and won't be replaced. Hire more drivers ffs. read more

Ordered the chicken parmesan dinner, cajun gyro and fried mushrooms. The "fried" mushrooms were soggy af. The chicken parmesan had no taste whatsoever. Chicken was bland, sauce had no type of seasonings. The cajun gyro had different colors of chicken in it, a few scraps of lettuce (in which 1 was brown). The tomatoes were gritty and the "cajun" sauce was probably 1 of the nastiest things I've ever put in my mouth. There is just zero effort put into this food to allow it to taste even mildly passible. Idk how they are even in business. You guys literally SUCK. read more

Service stinks, very rude customer service..but good wings if prepared by the correct cooks..best bet is during midday.

This is about the rudest place I have ever been to!! This will be the last time i place a order from here!! First time they told me to PICK UP my order in 15 mins. 45 min. Later i got my food. This time they got my food and came out sat it down and started talking to the woman behind me who came in because their order was wrong, she told that customer "well let me get rid of this one" referring to me. Then she said to me " I cant take 100.00 bill in the middle if the afternoon" btw its 5:00!! And they were slammed to the point they couldnt deliver for another 1.5 hrs!!!! she said they only take $100.00 at night. She was rude the entire time in was there. By the time I got my food home it was cold and the lettuces was wilted. Everything was nasty from sitting. read more

Gyro bowl was amazing , I didn't have much expectation after seeing the yelp rating. Very filling and not as greasy as some gyro bowls are. We have tried this place 3 times now with hope that our previous bad experiences were just a fluke. But no it's really just that bad every time. Really wish yelp gave two options, one review for food and a separate review for service, because in this instance, Euro Gyro's food (what i've had anyway" has always been consistantly good! I get wings and a salad, and the wings are phenomenal. However it's ALWAYS the service I have an issue with. This is the second time when I've ordered delivery it's never on time, the first time it never showed up, because they told us the driver was on drugs and took off with the food and money....now this time i called in at 11:04, they said it would be here in an hour (mind you i'm only about 6 blocks away from them) here it is 12:30, still nothing, so I call and she said all the deliveries just now went out, it's lunchtime, so i'm assuming there are several, so i may not have my food for another half hour/40 minutes. I work at a business and this is unacceptable, I get an hour for lunch, so for someone like me now I will have to take it home, because my lunch time will be over by the time they get here. I will no longer order delivery from this establishment. But again, the food is great so it's a shame. read more

We went there in the evening for wings. I did enjoy the food! Wings were great! Food and service need to be rated seperately because id give food 5stars Service was pretty awful. When our food came out we were missing one meal..that part no big deal mistakes happen...but the server was nowhere to be found to ask for it. The person from the kitchen actually had to come out and start the order for us after they saw us looking around for her for some time Eventually two more customers had come in and sat another 5min or so...still no server..the cook had to go knock on the door to tell her more people were here because she was still not around. She finally come out. If you wanted a refill you had to be quick to ask her for it before she left the table because she wouldnt ask if we needed anything else. Then at the end! She brought our checks out wrong. Now again! No big deal it happens..we just mentioned that my food was on my friends bill. Her response was asking me if i just have cash to give her. I said i didnt. And then she became irritated with us for asking her to fix it! I was kinda shocked. We had three seperate bills. Went up to the front to pay. She checked out two of us and then instead of cashing me out she told me to wait so she could put an order in first... Really!? read more

Worst experience of my life. Terrible gyro, disgusting greasy fries, soggy pizza with incorrect toppings, bland baklava, and sad pickle chips. To top it all off all they did for our take out order was to crumble foil over each item as a container. I hated this meal. Never ever will eat there again. Wish I could give it 0 stars. read more

I will NEVER go here again. The service was HORRIBLE. I live 2 minutes up the road from this place and ordered delivery one (& only) time and they took over 2 hours, I finally called them and they said it was on the way. I told them I'd wait 3 more minutes & then I was coming to get it. I showed up at the store, because of course it never came & then the guy told me they were almost done making it....... THEY LIED AND SAID IT WAS ON THE WAY WHEN CLEARLY THEY'RE STILL MAKING IT?!?! Another time, I tried it again but went through the drive-thru. I had to call them from outside the restaurant in the drive thru lane to let them know I was sitting there waiting because no one came over the loud speaker AND no one came to the window. My goal is to spread the word to everyone I know about how awful this place is & it's been working. read more

I went here for a pick up order waited an extra 20 minutes than they said, and when i went to ask them about it i overhear a worker inside the kitchen say "tell him to f*ck off". that is unacceptable and i hope anyone reading this realizes that they should not give there time or money to this location considering they curse out there customers. read more

My sister and i went through the drivethru. we had to pull up to the window bc the speaker didn't work. there was a little censor that made a noise when my car went over it so they knew that they had someone in the drivethru. nobody came to the window for a couple of minutes and there was even another car behind us, so the little bell censor went off again. i looked in the window and saw a guy in there, and i also heard girls talking. they were ignoring us. it had been about 7 min, so i decided to call the restaurant and when the guy asked pickup or delivery i had to tell him i was at the drivethru..... so the girl came and took our orders and i asked for this bowl with steak and potatoes. i asked for no mushrooms, and the bowl was supposed to come with a cup of sour cream. we finally got our food and went home.... there was no sour cream and extra mushrooms in my bowl. hence to say we were really disappointed read more

Used to be a great place to eat, food is delicious when you get it all. Last two times I've ordered here for delivery, we didn't receive our whole order. I would caution anyone it's buyer beware!!!! read more

Ridiculous. Ordered to go, my husband picked it up. My son's "grilled cheese" meal which cost over $4 was nothing but two pitas with Kraft cheese in between. No sides, barely any cheese, no toppings, nothing. Our Grecian salads were just mounds of iceberg lettuce with a ton of cheese, about 1 oz of dressing, some green peppers, 3 cucumber slices, 2 tomato chunks. Not an olive in sight LOL. The falafel was clearly not homemade, just dry pellets that were sorta warm. To top things off, they forgot to pack our stuffed grape leaves, so my husband had to make a second trip and they tried to charge him for them. When they got here they were so squishy and unappetizing that we couldn't even eat them. Definitely not going to be eating here again - which is unfortunate since we are neighbors. read more

The food is good and reasonably priced. The hot wings are great! The problem is the service. You call they don't answer, you call they put you on hold and don't pick up. So I decided against my better judgement to give this place a second chance. The first time I waited over 2 hours for a delivery order. This time I was quoted over an hour for delivery on a Tuesday evening and 20 minutes for pickup. Got to the drive thru window about 20 minutes after placing my order. I sat in the drive through for at least 5 minutes before someone came to the window. Then I sat for another 20 minutes until the food was ready. I downloaded this app and wrote most of this review waiting for my order. Don't waste your money. The food isn't good anyway. Not worth the awful wait times. read more

Okay, we've been 4 times now. We were so excited they got a liquor license, because it's nice to chill and have a beer close to home. The food is good. However, the service is consistently bad. The first time my husbands and my orders were incorrect. Both of us! Then I was told I was wrong because I ordered a calzone, which I absolutely did not because I don't like calzones, I ordered a Stromboli. Second time we waited a good ten minutes to be waited on, we ordered beer on tap (Monday) and got it in a tiny plastic cup. Probably 8 oz. Burgers were good, had to ask for napkins. Third time, again waited forever for service, gyro was good, tenders were good. Fourth time, music so loud we couldn't hear each other, waited 12 minutes for service, we were the only ones there. Music turned down, I ordered pizza it was good too. My husband got a gyro and a plastic fork, my pizza was surface of the sun hot, and I had no flatware. Plastic wasn't going to get it. We've never been waited on by the same person twice. It's a nice place with decent food and prices. They just need to step up their service. I WANT to go back. read more

Recently we went to their new location and I had their fried mushrooms and a Cajun Gyro. The mushrooms were cold in the middle and the Gyro tasted like vinegar because their take on a Cajun Gyro is pouring Frank's Red Hot Buffalo sauce on the meat. The new place is nice and clean with potential to be a great lunch and dinner spot. It is spacious and even the bathroom is decorated nicely. But the food lacks a lot even if their delivery is super fast.We would go there again but it wouldn't be a first or second choice but it is surely a contender to be put on our NAIL list (Never Again In Life). read more

Ordered a pizza, fries, a gyro and a 2 liter at 11:20pm for delivery. The delivery driver did not get here until 2:15am. Pizza was cold and soggy, the fries were dry and cold, the gyro was falling apart and, you guessed it, cold. And of course they forgot the 2 liter. The best part was the cheese sauce which was cold and had to be microwaved. On top of all that the woman that took our order was rude and impatient. Never ordering from here again. read more

Created this yelp account just to post this review. I made the mistake of ordering from here Tuesday night. I ordered at 10:18. I was told they only had one driver and it would be an hour and a half to an hour and forty-five minutes. I said fine. After two hours and 9 minutes I call back. I had to explain to the girl running the phone that 129 minutes is two hours and nine minutes not an hour and a half. She told me my pizza was on the way. I asked if they were gonna be old and cold or if they are fresh. She assured me they were good and she "had me". It took them over twenty minutes for them to get it to me after that call( it's a ten minute drive). The pizza was cold and old. I called back(it was 1am at this point and they were closing). I wasn't offered a replacement right then. I wasn't offered anything. I was informed that my pizzas were forgotten "on the hood" and were sent to me after sitting there for over an hour. They should of offered to cancel or remake my order when they made this discovery. I told them I would bring in the entire order not touched the next day, for a refund and was assured I'd be getting one. When I went back not a single employee or manager had on the state required mask. The manager also refused to maintain social distancing. Without a mask she on multiple occasions came closer than 6 feet to me, and tried to get in my face. She refused to give me a refund because she wasn't there the night before and was just a day shift manager so she couldn't help. She claimed it was against policy(something that isn't posted anywhere in the store or online, and something I wasn't informed of the night before when I called). She told me the owner would be in at 7 that night. When I called it was just the night shift manager, whose story kept changing from being there when it happened to not being there. Apparently this store doesn't have a general manager, or anyone in charge. When trying to determine who made the policy that isn't posted anywhere I figured out there is absolutely nobody in charge of the store. I made a complaint online and haven't gotten a response. The food is still untouched in my freezer. At this point I'd appreciate an "I'm sorry, we messed up" but I know I'm not going to get it. They all just pass complaints on to the next person. The only reason they are still open is because they are the only place open late at night. If anyone actually ran the store maybe this wouldn't be the issue. read more

I've went here 3 times. All 3 times, I was missing items from my order and/or missing ingredients delineated in the menu for my order. And I added no substitutions. I simply ordered straight off the menu over the phone. All 3 times I waited for over 10 minutes for someone to attend to me at the "drive through window", even though I had called ahead and rang the little bell for service and waited 5 minutes in-between rings. Each visit after the first, I explained that my order was not complete last time and tried to confirm that my order would be correct this time and it wasn't.. I don't know why I even tried. 3 times out of 3 they messed it up, to the point that I couldn't even eat it, it was gross and bland. No cheese or sauce on a veggie gyro. Cold/ not cooked and wrong side dish etc. Each visit the customer service was less than kind and helpful, they acted like they were put out by my presence. And when I drove back 2 times to ask for missing items, ingredients and condiments, they were rude! unapologetic and clearly annoyed that I had returned. Then today, I tried to call and speak to a manager to discuss these issues with service, to let them know how poorly things were being prepared and distributed to let them know there's obviously a disconnect in their affernoon service staff, ( this was no fluke after the 3rd time) the person who took my order answered, explained that the manager wasn't " in until after 5" and then hung up on me! Oh and another thing I forgot to mention; Today, when I pulled up to get my order, the drive through window was open and the smell of weed smoke was so bad I had to close my driver window. I won't ever be going back and I love the chain in general. Just not this one.. read more
