Had this pizza and wings many times over the years and liked them. It had been a while since I had any of their pizza. I noticed they had a sign saying " under new management ". Not sure the problem but the pizza was sour and the wings were tough but at least edible. The pizza I through out. I recently ordered a pretty small order from Eurogyro. I've had a few issues with them in the past, but nothing worth mentioning. Missed/wrong items, long wait times, and some bad packaging or what note- again not a big deal - if you're ordering food after 11 pm from a bar on Cleveland Ave - it's totally reasonable to think the order is going to messed up. It's almost charming. This last order there - Jesus. It was like the person who prepared my food had a grudge against me...personally. I don't know how they did it but they were able to not only burn the food (like really burn) but also delivered cold (I'm less than 2.5 miles away). Burnt cold food. The packaging reminded me of my time in war. I felt like who ever delivered my food hit and IED and was still able to keep the remnants deliverable. It is comical. This was so bad. I feel like Euro gyro needs to focus on being a shitty bar and stop trying to be a shitty bar and a shitty food place. Just focus on selling stale beer and over priced shots to people waiting to meet their plug in the parking lot. (You know some shady shit has happened in that ill lit parking lot.) As for the the people that run that place - I've had more meaningful conversation with children. They're not open to any sort of conversation. Their direct response is immediate anger. What a way to be as a person! I'm not sure how they have been able to communicate on a regular basis. It's like if the bad guys from the movie Goonies owned a bar. I'm also pretty sure they never wash their hands. I can't prove that - I just get this feeling of like a filth where I need to immediately bathe. So as a suggestion instead of ordering from this place you should try starving instead. We had never eaten here and since we were in the area we thought we'd check it out. We started out behind the building where we chose what we wanted. The sign directed us to go to the second window which we did. No one else was in line and only two cars in the parking lot. There was a doorbell to press at the window which we did. The window was open and you could hear a radio playing inside. No one came to the window. After at least 5 minutes I used my phone and called them. No answer the first time, called again and someone answered very rudely. I asked if they were open, they said yes. Were we there to order or pick up. I said to order. They said ok and hung up. The food was less than mediocre... but I guess that's what I expect for a 5$ burger. the bun was hard, the fries were cold...: but that was after we waited 45 min for our food, and there were maybe 10 people in the entire establishment. The service was less than subpar. The only good thing about this supper was the 1$ beer. Our server was no where to be found and in order to get drink refills we had to go to the bar. They have horrible service, won't answer phones, and it takes multiple calls to even place an order. We brought the pizza home and it was a loaf of bread surrounding a pool of cheese. Gross. I had to fix it at home, almost remade it and baked it because it was undercooked. I might as well have made my own. I will not order here again. This is the first time I have ever left a review. Our pizza was not delivered and when I called 3 times and was disconnected each time I tried again. On the 4th time I talked to the manager that said they could not help since I had ordered through a third party (which we paid a $9 tip, and like $10 in service fees for). I am assuming the driver didn't brig our pizza b/c Euro Gyro didn't give it to them. The manager said I was not listening to her explanation... Ordered the chicken parmesan dinner, cajun gyro and fried mushrooms. The "fried" mushrooms were soggy af. The chicken parmesan had no taste whatsoever. Chicken was bland, sauce had no type of seasonings. The cajun gyro had different colors of chicken in it, a few scraps of lettuce (in which 1 was brown). The tomatoes were gritty and the "cajun" sauce was probably 1 of the nastiest things I've ever put in my mouth. There is just zero effort put into this food to allow it to taste even mildly passible. Gyro bowl was amazing , I didn't have much expectation after seeing the yelp rating. Very filling and not as greasy as some gyro bowls are. I also tried the pita pizza which was basically a pita cheese melted with mozzarella cheese. Will try again when in Ohio. They have more than one location too read more

Really wish yelp gave two options, one review for food and a separate review for service, because in this instance, Euro Gyro's food (what i've had anyway" has always been consistantly good! I get wings and a salad, and the wings are phenomenal. However it's ALWAYS the service I have an issue with. This is the second time when I've ordered delivery it's never on time, the first time it never showed up, because they told us the driver was on drugs and took off with the food and money....now this time i called in at 11:04, they said it would be here in an hour (mind you i'm only about 6 blocks away from them) here it is 12:30, still nothing, so I call and she said all the deliveries just now went out, it's lunchtime, so i'm assuming there are several, so i may not have my food for another half hour/40 minutes. I work at a business and this is unacceptable, I get an hour for lunch, so for someone like me now I will have to take it home, because my lunch time will be over by the time they get here. We went there in the evening for wings. I did enjoy the food! Wings were great! Food and service need to be rated seperately because id give food 5stars Service was pretty awful. When our food came out we were missing one meal..that part no big deal mistakes happen...but the server was nowhere to be found to ask for it. My sister and i went through the drivethru. we had to pull up to the window bc the speaker didn't work. there was a little censor that made a noise when my car went over it so they knew that they had someone in the drivethru. nobody came to the window for a couple of minutes and there was even another car behind us, so the little bell censor went off again. i looked in the window and saw a guy in there, and i also heard girls talking. they were ignoring us. it had been about 7 min, so i decided to call the restaurant and when the guy asked pickup or delivery i had to tell him i was at the drivethru..... so the girl came and took our orders and i asked for this bowl with steak and potatoes. i asked for no mushrooms, and the bowl was supposed to come with a cup of sour cream. we finally got our food and went home.... there was no sour cream and extra mushrooms in my bowl. hence to say we were really disappointed read more

Ridiculous. Ordered to go, my husband picked it up. My son's "grilled cheese" meal which cost over $4 was nothing but two pitas with Kraft cheese in between. No sides, barely any cheese, no toppings, nothing. Our Grecian salads were just mounds of iceberg lettuce with a ton of cheese, about 1 oz of dressing, some green peppers, 3 cucumber slices, 2 tomato chunks. Not an olive in sight LOL. The falafel was clearly not homemade, just dry pellets that were sorta warm. To top things off, they forgot to pack our stuffed grape leaves, so my husband had to make a second trip and they tried to charge him for them. So I decided against my better judgement to give this place a second chance. The first time I waited over 2 hours for a delivery order. This time I was quoted over an hour for delivery on a Tuesday evening and 20 minutes for pickup. Got to the drive thru window about 20 minutes after placing my order. I sat in the drive through for at least 5 minutes before someone came to the window. Then I sat for another 20 minutes until the food was ready. Okay, we've been 4 times now. We were so excited they got a liquor license, because it's nice to chill and have a beer close to home. The food is good. However, the service is consistently bad. The first time my husbands and my orders were incorrect. Both of us! Then I was told I was wrong because I ordered a calzone, which I absolutely did not because I don't like calzones, I ordered a Stromboli. Second time we waited a good ten minutes to be waited on, we ordered beer on tap (Monday) and got it in a tiny plastic cup. Probably 8 oz. Burgers were good, had to ask for napkins. Third time, again waited forever for service, gyro was good, tenders were good. Fourth time, music so loud we couldn't hear each other, waited 12 minutes for service, we were the only ones there. Music turned down, I ordered pizza it was good too. My husband got a gyro and a plastic fork, my pizza was surface of the sun hot, and I had no flatware. Plastic wasn't going to get it. We've never been waited on by the same person twice. It's a nice place with decent food and prices. They just need to step up their service. I WANT to go back. read more

It saddens me that their food is so freaking tasty, it is delicious, however prices just keep creeping up on the menus. I'd eat here probably every weekend if it didn't bust my wallet. It wouldn't hurt to deliver a few coupons or something, but this is literally the only delivery place that doesn't. I love their pitas and wings. The pizza is on the 'ehhh' side. $15 not including delivery fee, and the tip, so really about 20 bucks for a "large" pizza that is really medium sized was disappointing. The buffalo chicken pizza tasted great but arrived cold and dry as hell, it looked like it sat all day in an open box. I ate it anyway, whatever, it tasted fine. Well to wrap this up, I really really love the tasteful items this place makes. It was my favorite of all time. I just didn't care for the surprise raise in price on everything however a slow decline of quality. Please don't give up Euro Gyro. I really like your food. Ordered a pizza, fries, a gyro and a 2 liter at 11:20pm for delivery. The delivery driver did not get here until 2:15am. Pizza was cold and soggy, the fries were dry and cold, the gyro was falling apart and, you guessed it, cold. And of course they forgot the 2 liter. Recently we went to their new location and I had their fried mushrooms and a Cajun Gyro. The mushrooms were cold in the middle and the Gyro tasted like vinegar because their take on a Cajun Gyro is pouring Frank's Red Hot Buffalo sauce on the meat. The new place is nice and clean with potential to be a great lunch and dinner spot. It is spacious and even the bathroom is decorated nicely. But the food lacks a lot even if their delivery is super fast.We would go there again but it wouldn't be a first or second choice but it is surely a contender to be put on our NAIL list (Never Again In Life). read more

Created this yelp account just to post this review. I made the mistake of ordering from here Tuesday night. I ordered at 10:18. I was told they only had one driver and it would be an hour and a half to an hour and forty-five minutes. I said fine. After two hours and 9 minutes I call back. I had to explain to the girl running the phone that 129 minutes is two hours and nine minutes not an hour and a half. She told me my pizza was on the way. I asked if they were gonna be old and cold or if they are fresh. She assured me they were good and she "had me". It took them over twenty minutes for them to get it to me after that call( it's a ten minute drive). The pizza was cold and old. I called back(it was 1am at this point and they were closing). I wasn't offered a replacement right then. I wasn't offered anything. I was informed that my pizzas were forgotten "on the hood" and were sent to me after sitting there for over an hour. They should of offered to cancel or remake my order when they made this discovery. I told them I would bring in the entire order not touched the next day, for a refund and was assured I'd be getting one. When I went back not a single employee or manager had on the state required mask. The manager also refused to maintain social distancing. Without a mask she on multiple occasions came closer than 6 feet to me, and tried to get in my face. She refused to give me a refund because she wasn't there the night before and was just a day shift manager so she couldn't help. She claimed it was against policy(something that isn't posted anywhere in the store or online, and something I wasn't informed of the night before when I called). She told me the owner would be in at 7 that night. When I called it was just the night shift manager, whose story kept changing from being there when it happened to not being there. Apparently this store doesn't have a general manager, or anyone in charge. When trying to determine who made the policy that isn't posted anywhere I figured out there is absolutely nobody in charge of the store. I made a complaint online and haven't gotten a response. The food is still untouched in my freezer. At this point I'd appreciate an "I'm sorry, we messed up" but I know I'm not going to get it. They all just pass complaints on to the next person. The only reason they are still open is because they are the only place open late at night. If anyone actually ran the store maybe this wouldn't be the issue. read more

I've went here 3 times. All 3 times, I was missing items from my order and/or missing ingredients delineated in the menu for my order. And I added no substitutions. I simply ordered straight off the menu over the phone. All 3 times I waited for over 10 minutes for someone to attend to me at the "drive through window", even though I had called ahead and rang the little bell for service and waited 5 minutes in-between rings. Each visit after the first, I explained that my order was not complete last time and tried to confirm that my order would be correct this time and it wasn't.. I don't know why I even tried. 3 times out of 3 they messed it up, to the point that I couldn't even eat it, it was gross and bland. No cheese or sauce on a veggie gyro. Cold/ not cooked and wrong side dish etc. Each visit the customer service was less than kind and helpful, they acted like they were put out by my presence. And when I drove back 2 times to ask for missing items, ingredients and condiments, they were rude! unapologetic and clearly annoyed that I had returned. Then today, I tried to call and speak to a manager to discuss these issues with service, to let them know how poorly things were being prepared and distributed to let them know there's obviously a disconnect in their affernoon service staff, ( this was no fluke after the 3rd time) the person who took my order answered, explained that the manager wasn't " in until after 5" and then hung up on me! Oh and another thing I forgot to mention; Today, when I pulled up to get my order, the drive through window was open and the smell of weed smoke was so bad I had to close my driver window.
