I have to be honest though: at least one of the hardware stores told us the same thing they told us here - you couldn't walk away with the product; they had to order it in from somewhere else and it took time (a week or two, at most). So if you're laying tiles, take the time to plan for enough time to complete the work. Still, this establishment had some of the nicest displays we saw anywhere; it was well worth the trip out here. In our particular case, we brought a piece of the existing tile to compare with, so that we could find a complementary colour. This worked well for us.
