We really liked the fact that the salesperson was not pushy (most of the companies we talked to wanted an answer on the spot!). I also felt that they were the most honest when it came to pricing. Some companies offered us discounts of over 30% if we would be a display home and their price was still way more than Dynamic, for a product with the same warranty! My roof was installed within 4 weeks of us signing the contract ad it looks amazing! The crew completed the job very quickly and the clean up was awesome. Terrible experience. The company is really bad at writing…read moreestimates, and left huge holes in my roofing. They ignored issues, didn't inform me of them. and later told me they had written them down but told me nothing about the issues. In the end, the work I paid them to do was not even the work my roof actually needed. Do not trust them to tell you what is going on with your roof. If you can't go up there and look at it yourself, do not trust them to do it. They claimed they were sending a building inspector after the job, but never did. They claimed they took photos of the work after it was done, but never showed it to me. I could never see a final report. They left the eaves full of debris, and left packaging and roofing material wrapping on my roof, which blew off. It's like they just skipped the last day of work where you would clean up and collect your materials? They left tools up there, and parts from a nail gun around my yard, along with some bungee cord. Very bizarre. Very dangerous. My follow-up with the company was not helpful. The customer service is not good. I had to pay another roofing company an additional $2000 to complete the job. All the roofing is subcontracted out and the main company owner has no idea what is happening out on the job sites. If you get a bad team doing your job, you're just out of luck. No accountability from the company.
