Modern Eavestroughing came to install eavestroughing in mid April; however, they left when they…read morerealized that their ladders were too short. I contacted them several times to try and find out when they were coming back and could not get a response of when. In May, the workers showed up one random day and installed the eavesdrophing without the two front downspouts. During the following two months, the pressure of the water falling from the eavesdroph hole opening on the roof caused damage to both the new asphalt and grass / grading that Minto installed at my new home. Since July, I have contacted three different people in the company for a total of fifteen different times. The sales person, Kris, never responded. The administrator, Destiny, responded several times, and also printed off my emails and pictures, placing them on the desk of the owner, Chris. She always tried to help and informed Chris several times that I called including explaining the situation. Chris, called me back the first time that I asked for him, and did not respond to the last five attempts to communicate. Minto volunteered to help me - the Warranty Manager called Chris and left four voicemails. Chris did not respond. On the fifth call, Chris answered and the two of them worked it out for my downspouts to be installed that week in August. Three weeks ago, I was advised that Chris was coming with a geoengineer to look at the damage. I have called and messaged Chris one more time to discuss and have not received a response. I am now left with a cracked off peice of driveway and a large pothole on my lawn surrounded by raised grading. If I am not able to come to a resolution with BBB, then I will file a claim in Small Claims Court.
