A huge shoutout to my project manager Vitalli who listened to my endless questions and helped me choose products that were within my budget and worked well with my house exterior. Vitalii also guided me through the Enbridge window rebate application and I was really surprised to save a whopping $975, all thanks to the Ecoline windows and door qualifying for the maximum rebate. That's some serious savings which no other company in Ottawa bothered to navigate me to (tho i got like 3-4 other quotes before calling Ecoline). I'm definitely planning to stick with Ecoline Windows Ottawa for my future replacements. If you're looking for quality service and great value, I highly recommend them.

Their website is very informative and one of the best out there. Vlad C took care of us during the sales process and he was excellent, patiently answering all of our questions. Our installation(s) went relatively well. We did have some minor issues that needed to be corrected and these were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Raffaele in customer service. We initially ordered 9 windows from Ecoline and liked them enough to order 3 more. The triple panes made a noticeable difference and these windows are eligible for the Greener Homes Grant ($250 / window). The only surprise we had is these windows can have a grey hue to them when the bright sun hits them on an angle. From looking on-line, this is a common issue with triple pane windows and low e coatings (light reflects off coating). It is not unique to Ecoline and only happens during certain lighting conditions. Not a deal breaker for us, but something to be aware of when selecting glass coatings. Our windows function well and appear to be well made. So far, so good!! Thanks Ecoline!

Today, I broke the handle on one of my windows. Charles came out personally to replace the handle. He is a friendly, honest man who really takes care of his customers. In 8 business days (right before the Christmas holidays) they tore everything out and...*deep breath* replaced a crank window with a double-hung one, updated the electrical, moved the lighting, installed a ceiling vent (there was none before), swapped out the tub for a walk-in shower, replaced the hideous wall tile with panels, swapped out the linoleum floor for marble tile, replaced the toilet, vanity, mirror and storage cabinet, fixed my lop-sided pocket door, installed a gorgeous trim around the door and window, replaced the baseboard, patched up 2 huge and unsightly access panels, painted the bathroom, installed all the bathroom accessories, and tested - then retested - everything! As a couple who is particularly picky about, well, everything, working with Eric is a real pleasure. He consulted with us every step of the way, cleaned up his work space at the end of every day, and once again went above and beyond to ensure we were not only pleased with the final product, but that everything was solidly installed, level, square, and had multiple levels of protection against water infiltration.
