My car was damaged in their car park because of the centre's very outdated standards. They refused to pay for the damage caused - their excuse: the place was built in 2005 before the current standards were in place. An uncaring, mean, unfair management with no sense of social responsibility to their disabled customers whatsoever. Appalling! Reflects really badly on the owners of the centre. I made a complaint to the UK owners about my treatment there but they haven't even bothered to respond. Beware parking there. Won't be shopping there again.

Although no seals have been opened or removed from the fridge, and she has the sales receipt, Power City are refusing to offer a refund/exchange as the unit has been removed from the box. Punch line....Power City took the box back with them after delivering the unit! Have been emailing back and forth the customer service desk, with absolutely no real customer service provided. Have even attempted to contact Samsung as the manufacturers to see if they could provide us an empty box....to which Power City replied our 'contact is with Power City and not Samsung'. In addition, Power City have not offered to check with their own suppliers for a box, or to check their own warehouse for said box seeing as their couriers took back the box!! Although I have very clearly explained the situation to Power City and that my mother is not in a financial position to be out of pocket €1929.95 with a fridge that is basically the size of her entire kitchen...Power City's response has consistently been a one liner email saying 'sorry we can't refund' Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from a reputable company...

The center is nicely updated and features several retail shoppes plus a solid variety of eateries, chained and local. We visited the Tesco, Starbucks and The Natural Bakery during our visits here. The grounds are well kept and everywhere seemed very clean. The walkways are wide and equipped with seating throughout. There are maps and directional signs as well, which were very helpful. We wandered around window shopping and popping into the random outlets. It was a nice way to spend some time without having to drive far or hop on a bus. Overall, Stillorgan Village was a solid find for us and came in clutch on more than one occasion during our time in Stillorgan!

Now I'd be lying if I said I didn't shop here (I am a big Juicy fan), but usually only around Christmas Time when I have some vouchers or something to spend. I'm not crazy about spending €100 on a t-shirt, and you'd be hard done by to find something much cheaper in the shop. They also stock jewellery, underwear and beauty brands like MAC and Benefit. The manager of the shopping centre should feel ashamed and be held accountable for making customers feel this way. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful from shop floor to checkouts. I don't usually shop in Dunnes but you have made me a customer from now on. I was going through the checkout with my Xmas shopping when two ladies behind gave me Three money off vouchers towards my shopping, this just blew me away. It was the kindest gesture I have ever experienced in my life from total strangers and just made my day. My husband has Parkinson's and it had started my day bad but this just gave us the boost we needed. Thank you you all both staff and customers. Merry Christmas and a very happy New year to you all.
