Normally appearance isn't really a big deal for me but I couldn't help but notice the care that is obviously taken to keep this store at a high standard. Customer service can make or break a business and I regard it as the highest trait for a business and from the moment I walked into the store I had someone who assisted me. The sales guy seemed like he knew what he was talking about carrying himself with confidence. From the store upkeep to the great customer service has made me a fan of this little shop. The fact they do wine tasting nights is the icing on the cake. Oh and the bottle of wine I picked up was killer and I'm not a huge wine enthusiast.

Vino 100 has this really cool $10 and under wine tree. The wine tree is made up of stacked bottles of wine starting with a lot of bottles at the bottom and ending with one single bottle at top. The wines on the tree are selected from vino 100 and wine and spectator mag. The $10 bottle tree is great if you are having a party and don't know what to get. You can just select a few random bottles and try them out the most expensive is $10 bucks can't go wrong. There all different. Some light some dark. The staff is very nice I have been in here 2 times. The staff has always been able to steer me in the right direction. The one thing I don't like, is the parking lot. Vino is located in a strip mall. There is way too many stores for the amount of parking spots in this area. 2 chain restaurants a Starbucks and then all of the strip mall stores. I say this in all my yelp reviews. I have no idea how I didn't find this place sooner, what a selection of and not just the common…read morefaire but wines for a purpose. Great pairings different options you do not normally find at the average liquor store. The staff was not pushy or snooty they were helpful, knowledgeable and kind. While I'm no Luddite when it comes to wine they were impressive with their help and recommendations on pairings my wines with specific foods and ways I normally would not have done but they were right. Kudo's you have a new regular customer. I've been back 6 times and enjoying the experience each time. The place is hospitable clean. Why do I say this, isn't that what's expected. I wish most places are dark dingy and dusty and the wine bottles are covered in dust. This place has attention to detail down pat. It's so bribe and clean in there I am impressed on every level. Merchants take note, this is how every place should be. All I can say is well done!
