Bad business experience. I received a $100 gift certificate for Ethereal Day Spa and when I presented it it was not honored. No where on the gift certificate did it say it was good for a particular person or service. Hilda Reyes, the owner explained that if I get all the credit card information from the original purchaser, she would credit the money back for the certificate. I found my go to facial lady! I have been going to Hilda for about 6 months now and couldn't be happier. I don't have super crazy skin issues, but I'm in my early 40's with some wear and tear (some wrinkles) and have always had a problem with BIG pores. I can honestly say that Hilda has made my skin look better than it's looked in a decade. My skin tone has evened out, my pores are smaller (not just "look visually smaller", by wrinkles are practically gone, and I feel way comfortable and beautiful not wearing foundation when I leave the house (which is awesome!)
