My whole home filled with EA!!! I'm a long-time customer, and fairly satisfied with the quality and workmanship. Austin, my designer, was great. However, after reporting two separate instances, one with the sofa and one with the king bed, after having purchased the Guardsman Warranty, I have been denied. What makes it even less personal, they denied over an email with no courtesy to call to discuss. I paid over $1600 for separate warranties, only to be denied. I don't recommend buying this warranty and I will question my intentions to buy EA again. read more

Hi. I am normally not a person to leave reviews. But I think management has to fix severe issues at the company. We spent last year $75,000 with the company. The sales staff was really good and polite. We waited forever on the furniture. I think it was 4 months. We noticed that the leather on dining room chairs was cracking and was not done properly. EA came out and they told us that the leather is not the proper leather and that they have to replace the chairs. The sales rep came out and suggested a different leather. we followed his advise. After a while we received the new chairs. shortly after we noticed that the dining table was leaving stain on the leather of the chairs. we tried to clean them w/o success. Also the chairs were wobbling. The legs had a different length I called EA again and weeks later they sent their service technician. he also could not clean the chairs. so after me repeatedly calling they finally contacted me and set up an appointment To pick up the chairs. I told them that we need at least 4 replacement chairs since we are a family of 4 so we can eat at the dining table. EA just showed up. brought instead of 4 two loaner chairs. when I asked them where ghe other chairs are they simply said. "Oh. they only had 2". previously is was talking to the CS lady to make sure that they will bring us enough chairs. she confirmed. to sum up our experience with EA is way below any other furniture company we did business with. RTG has way better customer service and problem solving skills than EA. I would never do Business with this company again. Quality and price simply do not match. Again. I spent thousands of dollars to get a table and chairs that start flaking the finish off in less than a year. When I brought this to Ethan Allen's attention, they took multiple weeks to respond to my emails and then they told me it wasn't covered under their warranty nor under the extended warranty I paid extra for. Learn from my extremely expensive mistake- go to a different company. I would rate them 0 stars if I could. read more

The delivery gentlemen, Taylor and Raymundo, were absolutely wonderful. Very careful, quick, and kind with setting up the pieces just right. We've bought several pieces from this location (we've purchased Ethan Allen from numerous other locations in Florida throughout the years). Great floor sample selections/prices. Jack was our salesperson and is a class act- Super knowledgeable and helpful. Among other items, we saw a leather sectional (an Arcata) for a huge discount and immediately grabbed it while 3 other people were eyeing it- Sorry! Free delivery which arrived fast. We were super disappointed to learn it wouldn't fit through our den door, though. Given this was a floor sample, we could have been stuck. However, Alex, the store manager, actually drove over 60 miles to our home, within days, dismantled the base, reassembled the piece in our den, then actually helped me hang the door back on the hinges- Wow, totally floored by the service from these fine people !! read more

I shop Ethan Allen Viera store because I just love the sculptural lines and detail in their furniture AND because so many of their pieces come in playful and unexpected fabrics and finishes, like my favorite piece, a raspberry tall dresser! . I always ask for Austen and appreciate the way staff allows me to shop until I'm ready to sit down and consult on fabrics and finishes. It's so nice to have a design consultant who can remember and relate what I'm shopping for, to my previous purchases. I'm not a big $$$ spender but I feel I am always treated well and attended to when shopping at Ethan Allen. read more

It's a ghost town! There's rarely anyone there, and after visiting myself, I can see why. Their selection is good, but a little too narrow, trendy, foofy and overpriced. Considering the types of homes within the general vicinity, I'm sure they have healthy margins that enable them to survive on low traffic. My wife and I walked in on a Saturday looking for a more traditional bedroom set, but we couldn't find anything that floated our boat, and it took the disinterested salesperson quite a while to approach us. Perhaps we were dressed too casually, who knows. Our money is just as green. We found the store layout to be slightly clumsy and unintuitive as compared to several lower-priced competitors. I purchased a love seat/sofa from Ethan Allen. Our designer was Jack Alber. I had to replace the same ensemble bought from Baer's furniture because the cushions were sagging so badly and they couldn't be beaten into their original shape. The set was only 2 yrs. old. The money spent was a total lost...so I got a better set and it looks beautiful. Jack helped me pick out just the right color to coordinate with my existing décor. I just had Jack design a window treatment for my den/office. I was thrilled with the results. The room looks so much more elegant. I can't wait to have him work on my living/dining rooms. I never had a visit to Ethan Allen where the designers weren't helpful and available. read more
