This Home Goods store is located right next to a TJ Maxx store. Inside the store the two stores are connected to each other so that customers can easily walk between stores. Home Goods is a store that has decently priced merchandise and they provide a good service to the Space Coast of Florida. One thing important worth mentioning is that the isles are very narrow in Home Goods. This severely hurts the customer experience because customers are not given adequate time to look for and to examine merchandise for purchasing. Other customers are stuck waiting for customers to move, to allow them to walk down the isles, to allow them to find an item for themselves to purchase, and it limits their ability to walk around the store all together. This means that, because this store so packed with merchandise, it actually hinders the customers ability to make purchases. So what might seem like a good idea, packing the stores with more merchandise by narrowing the isles, what was likely meant to increase sales in the store, actually does the opposite, it's decreasing sales. I also don't believe that the narrow isles are disability friendly nor are they friendly for plus size customers. Once inside Home Goods, I found that they had a great selection of gardening supplies, pets supplies, and outdoor furniture. They also sell bedding, beautiful decorative items for the home, indoor furniture, and they have a selection of decorative seasonal items (such as Easter decorations). read more

This was my first time at this location. The store is not that deep but instead very wide. So it is laid out differently than others I've been to. While there were a lot of holiday decorations stocked, the narrowness of the aisles made the shopping experience less than pleasant. 2 carts could NOT pass by each other on any aisle. The shelves were overly stocked, so trying to pass by, your cart would get caught up on the things on the shelves. I heard 3 different incidents of things breaking while in the store. It is very easy to do that here. I did like that big selection of dog clothes that you don't normally see at other Homegoods locations. I purchased a Christmas sweater for my pup. Also, I liked the selection of gift baskets that were out. I purchased one that would be good to give for Christmas but to celebrate New Years. read more

This location has a good selection of items and I love that it's the tjmaxx combo, but I've been in multiple times now and I must say each time the customer service has been very disappointing. I asked at 630pm about putting an item on hold to pick up at opening the very next morning as soon as they opened as I needed to measure to make sure it fit and was told they only hold for a couple hours max, I don't live close by so it wouldn't be doable to come back same day for me, I even explained and they weren't willing to work with me. Also they are very stingy about discounting scratch and dent items, I asked about a $250 coffee table that was extremely scratched up- but I would purchase it to be able to refinish. The manager said they would take off $5!!!!! I would have had to entirely sand and refinish the piece! I've never seen such stingy markdowns at any other location I've been to for damaged goods. I understand meeting goals for the store but I can't justify paying practically full priced for damaged goods that I'd have to invest more money in. Overall Very un-accommodating and not particularly friendly. The greeter at the door however was very nice and welcoming. read more

This is a TJ Maxx and Home Goods combined, so the store is extra big. It's also extremely popular on the weekends, so if you go, keep in mind the checkout line will be VERY long. But don't let that intimidate you, it usually moves pretty fast (relatively speaking). read more

This particular Home Goods shares an interior with TJ Maxx. Talk about the best of both worlds! There is plenty of parking at this location and the store was not too busy when I visited. However, the aisles are incredibly narrow so if you have a buggy you will be dominating the aisle so please be prepared to respect others and the limited space in general. The Home Goods side was unfortunately fairly disorganized and a few items I was interested in did not have a price tag. However, the holidays were quickly approaching at the time of my visit and the store was incredibly festive with all the seasonal merchandise available. If you like home decor and unique finds, this is a great place to go. Prices are usually pretty decent. This particular Home Goods is my favorite because it seems to have a larger selection of items compared to the ones I go to in Orlando (where I live). TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! If you don't like your job, please quit. Two times I went there and the cashiers were rude, young white males. They offered no help, didn't greet me as I approached, didn't even read the total or say "have a good day", not to forget he plomped my bag of purchase on the counter without handing it to me. Not sure if they are racist but I don't appreciate the attitude. I will shop elsewhere for my home decor. The reason why I gave it two stars is because the store is somewhat clean. read more

I'm not big on tchotchkes, but if that's your thing, Home Goods is your place. Lots of rustic furniture, art, lamps, kitchen stuff, and various other Chinese products. It's a big ol store too. You'll get lost for hours. read more
