It's a quick service dining location. As soon as you enter Daigon Alley, if you take the right path, you'll find it next to the entertainment section where Tales of the Beedle Bard usually plays. The hopping pot offers a wide range of drinks and food items. The line is usually quick too. My mom and I waited about 15 minutes both times that we stopped by the Hopping pot! Some of the drinks on the menu include Butterbeer (Shortbread & Butterscotch) Frozen Butterbeer (Shortbread & Butterscotch) Hot Butterbeer (Shortbread & Butterscotch) Otter's Fizzy Orange Juice (Orange flavor with vanilla and cinnamon) Pumpkin Juice and so much more! Food items are limited, but if you're looking for a small bite to eat, The Hopping Pot does offer Pasties such as Beef Pasty, Chicken Pasty, and even a Shepherds Pasty Pie! They had a lot of different themed blends with really nice packaging, and honestly I wanted to buy more, but it's hard to justify grabbing multiple bags at that price when you don't know if you'll actually like them. One thing I noticed was that the coffee was only available pre-ground in store, with no whole bean option. I asked one of the employees and they confirmed that whole bean coffee is only available online. I brewed this in a French press. The bag mentions notes of apple, caramel, and cinnamon. I could definitely smell it while drinking the coffee, especially the apple and cinnamon, but I didn't really taste them all that much in the actual coffee. However, it was very easy to drink. This was much lighter than the coffees I normally drink, with almost no bitterness. Nothing fancy, just a smooth cup of coffee that was enjoyable to drink black. One thing I wish Joffrey's offered was a way to try the coffees before committing to a bag. With so many different blends, it would be nice if they had sample jars of the grounds to smell, small tasting samples, or even brewed versions of the specialty blends available to order. Instead, they only had a limited selection of roasts and teas available for take out. A lot of the bags sound interesting, but you're mostly buying based on the description and hoping for the best. Overall, I enjoyed this one and would consider picking up another bag on a future Disney trip.
