I reached out to Cristina four times via email and never heard back. I was honestly very frustrated given I really wanted to book with her and I couldn't. Again I have nothing bad to say about her styling but I found her counterpart @hairby.chuy to be a lot easier to communicate with and his hair skills seem to be on par with hers.

Worst part was that one side was longer than the other. I was mortified and walked out in tears. Fatima cut my hair and the manager later came to help fix the fact that one side was longer than the other and made it worse by just cutting more hair and making it short. They keep saying that I had a lot of breakage and that was the reason one side was shorter. Are you joking!!! My hair was the same length all around when I walked in. They tried to blow dry it and curl it but it still looked horrible. They told me I didn't have to pay at the end because they knew my hair looked terrible. If you have so called "stylist" who are new then please tell the client so we can decide if we want to be practiced on or not. I would have immediately said no and left because I have been growing my hair out for a long time and my worst fear came to life at this salon.

Susie at Picasso's Color Studio is officially MY blonde girl!!! A while back, I attempted to do my own blonde hair, and let's just say... my hair and I were NOT on speaking terms. Susie completely transformed it on my first visit, and I just went back about eight weeks later and somehow she made it even more gorggg.
