My husband, John,…read moreoriginally got connected with them when they did work at his fiberglass manufacturing shop in Santa Ana, and after having such a great experience with them there, we knew exactly who we wanted to call when we started working on our new home. They've now helped us with our security cameras, key card access for our doors, Wi-Fi, speakers throughout the house, and so much more. They're incredibly knowledgeable and always make sure everything is done right, but what we appreciate most is how easy they are to work with. Chris and Jon are SO responsive. Anytime we text them with a question or need something added or adjusted, they get back to us right away. They're also always willing to work us into their schedule, even when we know how busy they are. Going through a full home renovation, we've worked with a lot of different companies, and you really start to appreciate the people who communicate, show up, and do what they say they're going to do. Chris and Jon are definitely those people. They've become our go-to guys for anything IT/tech related, both for our business and now our home. We completely trust their recommendations and their work, and on top of all of that, they're just genuinely great guys to have around. We'll continue recommending WinC Services to anyone looking for this type of work. Thank you Chris & Jon & the entire team for always taking such good care of us!!

He was very calm and clearly explained the work that I needed to do. After I took about two weeks to complete this phase of the project, he happily came back and helped me with all the other details of transferring all of the data from my old crashed desktop. He finished things off by destroying my old hard drive and I was able to get rid of all the old computer parts that have been stored in a corner for a few years gathering dust. It's a relief to have everything I need and to start fresh. Thank you!

I am moving from Altadena, CA to Denver, CO. The reason for the move is that our home and all our belongings -- except what we could hastily carry out in our emergency evacuation -- were lost in the Eaton Canyon Fire on the night of Jan. 7. At the present time I'm staying with friends in Northridge. The jerk I talked to seemed to think my request was absurd and laughable. He said I should take the computer to UPS and have them wrap and send it. He also said I should have it insured, because, in his words, "They'll break it." He seemed think this was funny and laughed about it. Needless to say, I wasn't amused. This isn't the way you treat potential customers. If could, I'd give the bunch a -1 star score. Tim C. Gary S.: Considering we lost EVERYTHING in a fire, your approaching my problem with humor isn't in the least appreciated. Regardless of what you think of my computer -- a further indication of your of contempt -- it works fine and I'd like to keep it. I'll find a means to pack it securely and take it with me on the Amtrak when I move to Denver. That's why I wanted the carrying case in the first place. All you had to say was that you don't carry such an item and that you doubt anyone else does. The one star review stands
