The employees seem to all be on happy pills since Ive never seen anyone annoyed or sad to be working (I know I would be going crazy at a bank) From the moment you enter you notice the spacious roof and well organized office, on the right you have your sit-down bankers that assist you with all your needs and on the let you have your tellers ready to get you in and out with a nonstop smile. Banking has become so easy that Im honestly amazed how simple it is, swipe your card, enter your pin, begin transaction. Only downer... Im not filthy rich and am kind on the peasant spectrum of things. I need multiple zeros on my accounts and not $0.00.... I mean $100000000000000. Oh well! Till next time my fellow Yelpers!

When I arrived ahead was finishing up with a customer. She put the sign that she was going to return. She was due for her break. She said she'd return in 15 minuted. I thought it was understandable. I waited and it was way more than 15 minutes. I'd more like 30. Which is okay. However she had no sense of attending to me. There was another couple waiting alongside me who mentioned they had been there 2 other times and there was no one at the counter. This time thwy waited pretty much the time I was there. I am hoping that when I return I will receive my charge. Note. I understand it is a small amount. However it is still $4.25 that I did not authorize the company to keep.

I was going to travel to Colombia and thought it would be helpful to have some Colombian cash with…read moreme. Before I went to this shop, I researched the US dollar/Colombian pesos rate. The lady was very friendly and professional. But, when I heard their rate, I was shocked! I hesitated to exchange my money here. But she told me it would be better than doing at the airport. So, I exchanged only $40 (I was going to exchange $100 originally). Once I got to the Bogota airport, there was a money exchange booth and their rate was a lot better than this place. I am so glad that I didn't exchange $100 worth of my money. My Colombian friends asked me how much was my rate so I told them...they were really shocked to hear and couldn't believe it. I think this place is a good place to get a little exchange to get through a day in the country where you are traveling to. They provide you a very quick service! But I don't recommend to exchange whole a lot! The local airport has a better rate - and if you can use your ATM card internationally, it is a not cheaper to do so.

I had an extremely poor experience with this office. My assigned agent was unreachable and…read moreunresponsive, forcing another agent to step in. Due to internal errors, both our General Liability and Commercial Auto insurance policies were cancelled. Our General Liability policy was cancelled without notice. When we contacted the office, they claimed not to know why. The insurance carrier later confirmed the policy was manually cancelled through the carrier portal, including the time and agent responsible. Shortly after, our Commercial Auto policy was cancelled because documents were allegedly not submitted -- documents that had been sent over three weeks earlier. These failures left our business uninsured and exposed to serious risk. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic follow-through is unacceptable. I would not trust this office to manage business insurance.
