The guy at the door is the same guy who is the teller who was helping out out front when he wasn't busy at the counter. Before he went behind the counter I explained to him what my situations going to be and he kindly explained to me the reason why he needed to do in order to processs the transaction. This is the first time someone explained to me the reason everyone else states its policy and of course if its policy please provided me a copy of the policy as the terms presented when banking with chase doesn't state what the other branch wanted to do so thats not a term I agreed too. But since this teller explained to me exactly why he needed and needed to do I was more than happy to oblige. The teller ran into a road block with the transaction and needed an approval so the manager was called and he came timely and took care of the issue and I was out within 10mins. Chase should use this Hammocks branch as a prime example of how to apply customer service and customer relations. Beats the heck out of the 20 min waiting in line at the 13701 SW 88th St branch for the lazy slow paced teller and the escalatin trouble maker employees including the aggressive manager who think he can come towards you aggressively as if he was going to get phsyical with you.
