Candie and the team have been wonderful to work with. They're always available to us and fight to get us the best deals.

Horrible Customer Service. My insurance was almost canceled. Never received a phone call or a notice. I would never, ever refer NSI group to no one. They are not reliable. read more

Great company. Arman was of great help! Diligent, timely and courteous. Highly recommend their services/products.

NSI helped and worked with me to get the right insurance for my new home. They were always available when I had a question and still keep me updated on any changes. I highly recommend them. read more

I do not recommend for anyone to use this company. Talk about incompetent. I'm not sure what kind of people they hire or if any of them have real experience. You will never be able to get anything you need, nothing will get done, it will waste so much of your time. The things they focus on are a total waste of time, and they do zero research before they ask questions or make statements. Do not call them, call someone else. read more

My company's experience with NSI Insurance Group was extremely negative. We discovered NSI via Chubb's "Agents and Brokers" portal. Initially spoke with Jim M., who seemed helpful and was fairly responsive. However, as soon as we decided to move forward with an application for a package of commercial liability policies, we were effectively pawned off on a 23-year old "senior associate," Chase F., who was as unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful as anyone I've encountered in a professional capacity in nearly 15 years as an attorney. On a call with me and our company's Chief Operating Officer, Chase F. was haughty, arrogant, and condescending...all while demonstrating time & again that he was unprepared and unfamiliar with our company or our recently-submitted application. For this young man to treat two senior executives of a multinational, multimillion-dollar e-commerce company with such disrespect -- particularly when we're on the verge of letting his company underwrite approx. $10 million in assorted liability coverage -- was utterly appalling. Following this horrendous experience, I left a voicemail message for Jim M., briefly describing his colleague's lack of professionalism and outright awful customer service; I offered Jim M. the chance to call me back to try and salvage the relationship and reassign our file to another NSI associate, but he did not return my call. There are far too many competitors in the insurance agency space, particularly in Central and South Florida, for NSI to treat potential clients this way. I urge anyone researching these companies and weighing their options to avoid working with NSI Insurance Group if at all possible. read more

What a brilliant company. They have been around for 30years and it shows. The amount of knowledge of the market gets you the best deals and the customer service is superbe. I worked with Vicky who is always responsive and gets everything done in a timely manner. I have since referred them to numerous friends who were also pleased with the service they received. Highly Recommend! read more

Very good customer service! Andy was able to help fix my concerns with cheap rates.

I have been working with NSI for a long time and their customer service has always been on point. They go the extra mile and are very responsive and listen carefully to my wants and concerns, all while keeping a very professional attitude. I commend them for their superb communication and problem resolution skills. Thank you to Ramona for everything! read more

Do not use this company, they are crooks. I was paying over $24,000.00 for homeowners and auto when I should have been paying under $6000.00. They would send declaration papers when I ask for them. The customer service is horrible and no honesty what so ever. They focus on their commissions not customers. They are concerned with their pockets not their customers. They lie about doing any research and tell customers to stay with the most expensive insurance companies. read more
