Not only does "Lily's Insurance" not answer phone calls, emails however, when you request something such as a confirmation of receipt - it seems like something out of this world. Quick example: A written email was sent to confirm cancellation of insurance. It needed to be sent 3 times before a response was received. The usual due date came and a ACH was charged. When I contacted lily insurance, she was unsure why it occurred but she would call and find out what happened. 3days... 4 days later... No answer. Sent numerous of emails. NOTHING. An email was sent from there insurance agency to confirm an update will be sent shortly... One month later, another ACH went thru. To the point where I can drive anyone who answers the phone insane, the employee provided the direct number to the insurance company because she was absolutely clueless to my case. I called them directly, the insurance was still active and my refund was never processed. Save yourself time.... Save yourself a moment of madness because there customer service is GARAGE..... Clueless employees... Including the owner. As of TODAY, I have yet to receive an apology via email from two emails I sent informing them I took Care of THEIR TASK. A simple FAX to the insurance company directly was ALL that needed to be done . It literally took me 8 minutes with phone time . Shows you how incompetent Lily's Insurance is. They handed her papers to sign and made her believe it was only for the tag renewal. She had no idea her insurance agent had been switched until she later tried to update her car insurance.
