If so, why is he working with Gundlach? As my phone wasn't working I twice made arrangements via email with Gundlach to see a house. Both times he failed to show up and I lost time and waited in the sweltering Miami heat. The first time, Gundlach claimed that although he'd said he'd be quite available to show me the house anytime, he didn't see my email in time to show up. With the same amount of lead time - a day - he then confirmed that he would show up at 10am. He did not. He did not even send an email apologizing for not showing up afterward. It's possible that Gundlach has a good reason for not showing up and behaving with no manners - such as he was in a car crash and lost both legs. But I doubt it. Someone with such appalling behavior does not deserve to do business. There are plenty of estate agents who can keep their word and show up. Avoid Windsor Estate Group and the so-called Dynamic Duo!
