No stars. If it can be a NEGATIVE I would make sure it will have it. By FAR, the worse customer…read moreservice I have EVER received in my entire life or career dealing with different clients and vendors. Not only does "Lily's Insurance" not answer phone calls, emails however, when you request something such as a confirmation of receipt - it seems like something out of this world. Quick example: A written email was sent to confirm cancellation of insurance. It needed to be sent 3 times before a response was received. The usual due date came and a ACH was charged. When I contacted lily insurance, she was unsure why it occurred but she would call and find out what happened. 3days... 4 days later... No answer. Sent numerous of emails. NOTHING. An email was sent from there insurance agency to confirm an update will be sent shortly... One month later, another ACH went thru. To the point where I can drive anyone who answers the phone insane, the employee provided the direct number to the insurance company because she was absolutely clueless to my case. I called them directly, the insurance was still active and my refund was never processed. Save yourself time.... Save yourself a moment of madness because there customer service is GARAGE..... Clueless employees... Including the owner. As of TODAY, I have yet to receive an apology via email from two emails I sent informing them I took Care of THEIR TASK. A simple FAX to the insurance company directly was ALL that needed to be done . It literally took me 8 minutes with phone time . Shows you how incompetent Lily's Insurance is. Save yourself and look into another insurance company !!!!!!

Eddie and Dino are very helpful! They communicate well and will work hard to get you the best possible rate. I recently had to have them look for better home owners insurance, as mine tripled thanks to the state of Florida not having a cap for things like that. Eddie sat me down and discussed all my options. He found a price that was reasonable. Their office is easy enough to get to, it is in the plaza with the Aldi. They are on the second flood. Give them a call if you need insurance help, they will do all they can for you!

The operators of the main line won't give you direct phone number or email address. Just constantly transferred to a voicemail and ignored. I've also had issues with timely payments of my insurance from my escrow account. I would recommend staying far away from HFC.
