After 8 months of coverage, they can call you and tell you that there was actually no coverage because they never asked for a specific certificate at the beginning....or they can never ever reply to your emails because when you scream to the manager, they tell you that your emails were going to their spam folders for months..or once you tell them that you want to not renew, then can come up with additional charges about a question you asked them 3 months ago and they changed your policy. STAY AWAY FROM MORGAN INSURANCE...STAY AWAY FROM MORGAN INSURANCE....Seriously, these guys will do anything to overcharge you and not even provide a decent service on something like an insurance policy. One of those companies when you tell them you are leaving, they come up with invoices.
