It was really easy to get in to have the estimate and the repair. They were really flexible with the timing, which helped because my schedule has been hectic lately. Someone was always available at the desk. They are incredibly knowledgeable & answered everything I needed to know about this repair & some questions I was wondering about the car in general. The whole crew there is very friendly too. Also, if you have USAA, it's also a lot easier than dealing with another shop because they're linked & then they just get paid by them directly. You don't have to worry about any paperwork or photos or whatever. They do everything & they'll keep your records from past repairs too. Their work is also guaranteed. I can't remember the technical details of the guarantee, but what happened in my case was that there was something seemed to have gotten overlooked in a past repair at a different Gerber from an accident a few months ago. So, I went back. They looked at it & took care of it right away. There wasn't any back and forth about "did we really overlook this or is it a new issue" type of thing, but the technician was very seasoned & smart - so I think he realized it happened during the accident & worsened.
