They were pretty quick, friendly, have large color selection in all applications; however, we were initially charged more than the price sheet stated upon entrance. We were also charged the same for feet, yet 1 had polish removed & 1 didn't. Also not pleased with results of 1, or with the color as it looked different on toes when finished than on the sample. There are uneven areas where it needs more layers to cover on the pink. It's not clean/ neat, and should've had me wash toes before painting, or fully removed polish bc it looks 'dirty' bc of color left in edges of toes. Also, tips weren't sealed, & top coat rough & missed in many areas (didn't notice until I got home). Not spacious, cluttered, no room to sit next to those getting nails done, without being in the way. We talked about how my hair pulls red easily and that I was trying to avoid overly brassy tones in my hair. My stylist did such an amazing job. She pulled out all the darker hair, blended it with my previous highlights, and added the perfect toners to fix everything up. It turned out so bright and pretty -- exactly the blonde I wanted! I've just been using purple shampoo once or twice a week to keep it looking fresh, and it's still holding up great with no brassiness at all. I've been getting so many compliments lately, even random people stopping me when I'm out with my little guy. It makes me so happy! If you're wanting to go blonde like this, just know it's not a quick box dye thing. It takes real skill to lift, blend, tone, and correct everything the right way. I've seen a couple reviews from people who used box dye at home and then expected the exact same look in one visit -- it doesn't work like that! I went in for a fill with French tips and was blindsided at the end with an $80 charge. The nail tech casually dropped that it was $20 for the French tip, $40 for the fill (fine), and another $20 just for reshaping. Seriously? Since when does a fill not include reshaping? That's always been standard. This place clearly makes up prices as they go. I've had friends go here and get quoted different amounts for the exact same service. It's dishonest and shady. There's zero transparency, and $20 for reshaping is just ridiculous. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that respects their customers and doesn't try to squeeze extra dollars out of them with surprise charges. Never again.
