It was a little busy but they seemed to have plenty of staff working, a few people sitting around on break, and no customers waiting to be serviced. They rushed us through the experience, they did not listen to our preferences, they gave us the manicure and pedicure at the same time which felt rushed and overwhelming. They tried to upsell us on gel multiple times after we insisted we wanted regular polish, then they accidentally used gel top coat on my regular polish, which predictably never dried since it wasn't cured. After waiting for it to dry for 30+ minutes (no one came back to check on me), I accidentally smudged it. I asked them to fix it: They acted annoyed, but obliged. Again, they never came back to check on it. I wish I had painted my nails myself. It would have looked better anyway. Would not recommend and would not return. Edit to add: I waited nearly two hours for my nails to dry. They never did. I had to remove the polish and repaint them myself. I called to ask for a refund. They refused.

And then after spending no time at all doing it charged me $49.00. I then asked the front lady if she could remove my polish and re-paint them. She did and it took maybe 10 minutes and I was charged $35.00. No manicure, no filing, nothing for $35.00. I will never go back as the prices are ridiculous and the service is done in such a hurry. I have gone there many, many times and this is the worst service I ave ever gotten.

We talked about how my hair pulls red easily and that I was trying to avoid overly brassy tones in my hair. My stylist did such an amazing job. She pulled out all the darker hair, blended it with my previous highlights, and added the perfect toners to fix everything up. It turned out so bright and pretty -- exactly the blonde I wanted! I've just been using purple shampoo once or twice a week to keep it looking fresh, and it's still holding up great with no brassiness at all. I've been getting so many compliments lately, even random people stopping me when I'm out with my little guy. It makes me so happy! If you're wanting to go blonde like this, just know it's not a quick box dye thing. It takes real skill to lift, blend, tone, and correct everything the right way. I've seen a couple reviews from people who used box dye at home and then expected the exact same look in one visit -- it doesn't work like that!
