I don't agree I would have preferred what I asked for. Third, my sister asked for French tips and told her tech to trim her nails, the tech made her nails too short and apologize to my sister and said she was going to have to paint her whole toenails all white because her toenails were too short for French tips. That was not something my sister asked for. Luckily I did not ask for a French tip, however, mine were also cut entirely too short. And when asked me what color I wanted I was given no samples to choose from there were no colors to look at to choose from any where. Fourth, the people that came in to get their nails fixed, we're not routine, they had just been in either the day before or earlier that day, and they came in complaining.

They tried to upsell us on gel multiple times after we insisted we wanted regular polish, then they accidentally used gel top coat on my regular polish, which predictably never dried since it wasn't cured. After waiting for it to dry for 30+ minutes (no one came back to check on me), I accidentally smudged it. I asked them to fix it: They acted annoyed, but obliged. Again, they never came back to check on it. I wish I had painted my nails myself. It would have looked better anyway. Would not recommend and would not return. Edit to add: I waited nearly two hours for my nails to dry. They never did. I had to remove the polish and repaint them myself. I called to ask for a refund. They refused.

She pulled out all the darker hair, blended it with my previous highlights, and added the perfect toners to fix everything up. It turned out so bright and pretty -- exactly the blonde I wanted! I've just been using purple shampoo once or twice a week to keep it looking fresh, and it's still holding up great with no brassiness at all. I've been getting so many compliments lately, even random people stopping me when I'm out with my little guy. It makes me so happy! If you're wanting to go blonde like this, just know it's not a quick box dye thing. It takes real skill to lift, blend, tone, and correct everything the right way. I've seen a couple reviews from people who used box dye at home and then expected the exact same look in one visit -- it doesn't work like that! I went in for a fill with French tips and was blindsided at the end with an $80 charge. The nail tech casually dropped that it was $20 for the French tip, $40 for the fill (fine), and another $20 just for reshaping. Seriously? Since when does a fill not include reshaping? That's always been standard. This place clearly makes up prices as they go. I've had friends go here and get quoted different amounts for the exact same service. It's dishonest and shady. There's zero transparency, and $20 for reshaping is just ridiculous. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that respects their customers and doesn't try to squeeze extra dollars out of them with surprise charges. Never again.
