I've just recently started to get my nails done again, I'm pretty simple I just do gel nails. I…read morerecently was going to another shop, on 29th and Topeka. I wasn't happy my nails would always break, I'm trying to keep my natural nails. I went to Nancy (Asian) on the 19th, she did a wonderful job. Her manicure and her massage was wonderful. Here we are two FULL weeks later not one nail has broken. I'm going to see her tomorrow, I don't think I'll go to anyone but her! Her design was just Exactly like I showed her as well. I've done customer service for over 20 year's they have excellent service! Queenie is awesome as well. Some customers simply can't be satisfied. Keep up the good work ladies

Went in for manicure. Was told 15-20 min wait. Waited 1.5 hours. Couldn't leave because they had…read morealready "prepped" my nails to remove gel. And then to remove gel polish, they used blade to scrape it off. Totally damaged nails. Now nails are so thin where scraped, almost completely down to skin. They don't charge what is posted. Lotsa add ons. All I wanted was manicure. Got very rushed job, bad pain job, that chipped 4 days later, for $55..... for a very poor manicure that barely trimmed cuticles. I just wanted out of there. Will never go back.

I went in to get a pedicure for my birthday. Arrived and there wasn't any other clients. I was…read moregreeted and offered a chair to get started. The male technician that did my nails was very friendly, but I did not like the outcome of my nails - my feet and nails weren't allowed time to soak and nothing was added to the water to soften it up, my nails weren't well cleaned and they weren't trimmed evenly. It seemed like it was his second day on the job. No one was rude, but I felt like the customer service wasn't one that was interested in making sure the customer had a great experience to return again. There's so many great nail salons in Topeka - it's too bad they're not trying hard to keep with their competition. It's starts with providing exceptional service.

Service requested:1 full set almond shape gel French manicure. 2 sets of toenails painted w/gel polish. They were pretty quick, friendly, have large color selection in all applications; however, we were initially charged more than the price sheet stated upon entrance. We were also charged the same for feet, yet 1 had polish removed & 1 didn't. Also not pleased with results of 1, or with the color as it looked different on toes when finished than on the sample. There are uneven areas where it needs more layers to cover on the pink. It's not clean/ neat, and should've had me wash toes before painting, or fully removed polish bc it looks 'dirty' bc of color left in edges of toes. Also, tips weren't sealed, & top coat rough & missed in many areas (didn't notice until I got home). Not spacious, cluttered, no room to sit next to those getting nails done, without being in the way. Unfortunately I would NOT recommend them for any future nail work unless you aren't particular about detail. See pics

Avery is skilled in cut and color which is difficult to find. My sister's long, gray, stringy hair was cut and colored brilliantly. I love this Beauty Brands almost as much as the one I go to in KC!
