Excellent. Kelsea made me happy I have gone there. Her care and attention to the needs of a diabetic was obvious. I have diabetes and I am reluctant to trim my own Toe Nails. One of my fathers best friends had to have his leg amputated as a direct result of a nick he made in doing his own toe nails. First I called to inquire about their nail service. I spoke to them and they said they would get back to me to answer my questions. But they never did. I was sent a survey about them and when I shared my concern, the nail tech responded by saying she had to have surgery and was sorry she didn't get back to me. So then she called me back and we agreed on an appt time for 3 services. I went to the appt time and when I got there, there was only one tech and she was doing someone else's nails. She said it will be at least 40 minutes until I am done with her. Can you wait or come back? I said that I made an appt. Why is she not able to honor that? She said she wouldn't be able to. So I left as I had other commitments. It is so difficult to get good service. And very disappointing. read more

I went in specifically to have my hair cut, colored and frosted. Gave stylist a picture of exact cut and style I wanted. I then gave very specific directions regarding the frost I wanted. I requested heavy frost on front and top due to very fine thin hair because of illness I experienced. She cut it so damn short in back I can barely get my curling iron in it unlike my picture which showed a longer fluffy cut. Not one speck of frost was added to my hair (she decided not to do it). When I walked out of there over 2 hours later I was so angry and livid all I wanted to do was scream. I was having this done for special trip we are taking and now I look freakish and bald. She totally disregarded both the picture and my wishes completely deciding her opinion was more important than my wishes. Talk to the manage you say to get it fixed - SHE WAS THE MANAGER! Yet she had no problem charging me $60.00 for this blotched job that I am going to have to pay to have her blotched job fixed. Not one more penny of my money will ever cross her palm again! read more

By far one of the worst experience I've ever had ! I called to set up my appointment, & the lady was very nice & polite. She had great reception skills , witch would've been a more Appropriate career for her to have perused . I made an appointment for 3 eyebrow waxing . The 1st picture is how she left my eyebrows . She didn't even use wax remover once she was done. I felt so terrible about how they came out I forgot my phone there ! My brother also did his but they did not come out as horrible as mine because she only did a light clean up witch is what I had asked for . After I left I called them to see if there was anyway I could be compensated or discounted the next time I went in , she said no, there's nothing she could do. Once I went back for my phone I showed her the the patches she left on my eyebrow & she really tried to say my eyebrow was like thAt !!! They then began to get very aggressive after I took my phone out to take pictures for my Yelp review. They were screaming & waving there arms at me while walking towards me , I felt attacked so I walked outside & she followed me ! She then began to record me screamin at me that she wanted a picture of my eyebrows & I told her no , too late for that. As I pulled away I seen the sign of eyebrows & it definitely was accurate on how they leave your eyebrows . Even the sign is dented in just like my eyebrows after she waxed them ! HORRIBLE !!!! Literally the worst nails I have ever seen. I initially asked for almond shape and it was clear she did not know what that was, so I asked if she could just do square. The simplest shape out there. After taking so long to put the acrylic on, I told her I didn't have enough time to get the gel on. When I went to pay, she said it was $42 even without any polish. I ended up paying $42 just to come home and spend 3 hours taking them off from her putting the acrylic on so thick. I have never posted a review in my entire life. The only reason I am posting this is because she made no effort to make right what she messed up. Terrible customer service. The only way I'm recommending this place to anyone is to recommend not going here. read more

I went in for a manicure and pedicure. I booked them both online and requested the gel French manicure. She didn't give me French tips OR gel polish. I didn't realize how much i paid for the mani until later. $40 for a little bit of cuticle oil, lotion and a regular mediocre nail polish. She didn't even let it dry and it smeared on a couple of fingers. I contacted the slob asking to be refunded the amount i was overcharged. She refused and said I could only get in store credit or a free pedicure. After explaining that I didn't want to return but wanted my money back, she still refused and said they "don't offer refunds" there. I will never go back and do not recommend! read more

If you like waiting in line for 10 minutes just to buy a gift card, this is the place for you. If you want other employees to acknowledge you and ask what you need, then don't try to help you, this is the place for you. If you like people yelling across the room in an unprofessional tone, this is the place for you. Did the service to stay long enough to give them money for a gift card. I have been to about half of the pedi shops in Topeka and was never completely happy with the results until somebody gave me a gift certificate from Sunset. I loved it. I can usually get in on short notice and have always been happy with my pedi. Staff is always friendly and easy to talk to. I feel comfortable there and love the massage chairs. I don't plan to go anywhere else in the future. read more

I went last Saturday and am still upset about the work done on my nails. I feel for the money I paid I should of got better service. Every time I look at my nails I want to cry. No cuticle attention and it looks dreadful. I feel so bad. The women where nice but I got the vibe my stylists didn't want to be working on my nails. I will not return.
