I can confidently say that this beef Wellington was one of the best I've ever had in my life. It takes 30 min for them to make it but it's well worth the wait. I've been to Gordon Ramsay's in Vegas. I've dined in Michelin restaurants. This was better. The filet was melt in your mouth perfect medium rare with a great wine sauce. The menu is varied and reasonably priced and the dishes themselves were all very substantial - 6 meze dishes was more than enough for two people! Our particular highlights were the cheese dishes - one baked feta with tomatoes and chilli, the other fried cheese with sesame and honey (very different and an amazing treat). All in all we would highly recommend this great Greek restaurant to anyone eating out in Brighton. A brilliant addition to the Brighton food scene.
