Services not provided. Ms. Hassan canceled before every scheduled appointment for 2 months…read more Requested a refund and has refused to send funds. Signed contract yet there No disclosures indicating there is a forfeiture of funds. Ms. Hassan also acknowledged via text she doesn't have a disclosure for this nor is it on her website. On 4/29/21 I scheduled with the owner of this business and signed all required forms. I paid her the full amount of $350 on this date. After multiple times of her cancelling and rescheduling on 6/26/21 I requested a refund after she yet again requested to cancel days before our appointment on 6/28/21 and wanted to reschedule. She is now stating she offers no refunds (not in any of her documents) she also acknowledged this via text. She is willing to give me a partial refund but has to keep $100 as a non-refundable deposit. Again, this is not in any of her disclosures or anything that I signed. After her initial paperwork is all Esign now she wants me to come in to sign another form. She took my money via Zelle with zero issues. This is ridiculous. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB also. Horrible business practices for someone who had to cancel several times claiming they had covid and now penalizing others. She gives every excuse and tried to blame me instead of looking at herself and why she stole my money and lost a customer. Extremely unprofessional. 6/29/21-Response to the business: It is not on any paperwork I signed. You have no disclosures indicating that. You only indicated this when I asked for a refund after you cancelled on me multiple times. Now you are once again changing your story because you are upset and indicating you will give me a gift certificate. You stole my money and days before every appointment canceled. Not acceptable. You even text me last night upset I posted this and threatening me, indicating I could have a partial refund if I removed it. I will see you in small claims court for the full amount of $350 and any court fees. I will also be printing out all your texting asking me to remove this post etc. I have already reported you to the State of Michigan and BBB. It doesn't matter if we communicated for 20 years. There are no disclosures of this so I would have never been aware. You repeatedly cancelled days before every appointment and have the audacity to think you are entitled to MY hard earned money. A gift certificate for what? So I can never use it and you keep on cancelling making excuses. You are wrong and your business practices and customer service are disgusting. I have no problem posting your texts. Don't play around with people and their money and think your entitled to spew lies. Own up to your actions and take accountability to losing a customer because of you. So someone cancels on you so many times and keeps your money. In what universe does that even make sense. In reference to my uncle's death I notified you a week in advance. You then 3 days before the reschedule appointment went and canceled again! You cancelled on me 3 times at a minimum in 2 months. Per, your website: CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the original cost of the treatment. You are extremely unprofessional. The only thing your comment proved is what a fraud you are and that I will see you in small claims court. What is right is right and what is wrong is wrong and you are 100% wrong. Go work for your money and stop ripping people off.Photos attached of your contract and disclosures (blacked out my personal information) as well as your text threatening me to take this down or you wouldn't even give me a partial refund. As anyone can see that is not a policy listed on your paperwork. This policy you are now claiming where you cancel and keep their $$. You can be as mad as you want and think your going to keep my money. Bring that same energy to small claims court "doll". My full review with business owner's response can be found on Google

I called ahead and requested an appointment ahead of time to ensure my nails could be done. Lee Nails #2 is located in a tiny strip center just down the street from Main St. in Royal Oak. Parking is FREE and plentiful. While the color selection is limited I ended up finding the perfect color for my nails. I got a pedicure and dip powder on my nails and I couldn't be more happy. Andy, did my nails and I loveeee them! The technician was extremely professional and very down to earth. Normally, I don't like to talk at a nail salon but seeing as it was by appointment only and I was the only person in the shop at the time I started a conversation that turned out to be great. I really cannot say enough about this place. Not only do my hands and feet look awesome, Andy was really kind and took great care of me. I will definitely be back! Thanks again.

I got a shellac mani & a polish change on my toes for $42. Based on what I've been paying at my normal salon that is GREAT! Mimi was my nail tech. She was a little slow, but she was very thorough and attentive to every detail. I hate nail salons that want to rush you in and out. She was patient with my services, and even my indecisiveness on a color. She also didn't get an attitude when I requested that she not drill on my nails. Lastly, she was focused on ME! Not chit chatting with other nail techs or customers. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to 1) speed of service 2) they charge extra if you want more than 2 polish colors and 3) I wanted designs and nobody was there that could do it. She was giving me their new candle massage with the wax and decided to use the nail file to flick the lit candle into the water basin my feet were in and missed and the candle landed straight on my leg and burned me. I understood that this was an accident so I wasn't too upset but then she proceeded to write up the full amount for the pedicure (80 dollars) and put it under my manicure techs cup so I couldn't see it and then she left for the day. I thought for sure she would have told the manager and given me a free pedicure (AT THE VERY LEAST). When I finally saw the bill I asked for the pedicure for free and when they called the owner he said he would only give me $30 off. I was so upset but really liked my nails on my hands so I paid the amount and tipped and left. The next day my burn looked worse and I couldn't believe they still made me pay. My husband was outraged and called and spoke with the manager who refunded me the $50 back and asked if she could bring me tumeric root. I guess I'm glad they gave me the full money for the pedicure back, but I've been coming here for so long and know them well so I figured they would be more apologetic or something. They are usually very skilled nail techs so I am sad this happened. Glad the manager took care of the refund but this should have been immediate.
