I Had My Baby Boy In March, So I've Been Dealing With A lot Of Soreness And Tension In My Shoulders And Back, Especially From Wearing My Baby In A Baby Carrier/ Mommy Wrap. She Worked Out The Knots In My Back And Applied The Perfect Balance Of Pressure, Gentle When Needed And Deeper Where I Had The Most Tension. I Had Two Sessions With Her. The First One Was A Deep Tissue/ Sports Massage, And The Second, A Week Later, Was A Relaxing Massage. I Truly Loved Both Experiences. I Wish I Could Book Another Massage With Her RIGHT NOW! But My Girl, Tyshona, Graduated! I'm Soooo Happy For Her And Wish Her Nothing But Success. On Top Of The Incredible Service, The Massage Was Only $40 For A 1 Hour Session, Which Is An Affordable Price For A Quality Of Care. I Highly Recommend Booking If You Get A Chance!

Latisse's services were a cornerstone of my post‑lipo healing journey. From the very first session,…read moreit was clear how deeply she understands the body and the science behind lymphatic drainage. She took the time to walk me through what to expect, why certain areas felt the way they did, and how each massage would support my recovery. I went into surgery feeling prepared, but once it was over, I realized how much the clinic hadn't shared about the realities of post‑op healing. Through our sessions, I didn't just receive lymphatic massages; I gained a deeper understanding of my own body, how it heals, and what it needed at every stage. I walked away from each appointment feeling more informed, more supported, and more confident in my recovery than I ever did from any post‑op instructions from the surgical team.

Disappointed with Service and Communication…read more I purchased a lymphatic massage through Groupon from Beautiful Body Recovery After buying the voucher, I called the phone number provided and scheduled my appointment for Wednesday at 5 PM. Since I never received a confirmation, I reached out to the owner the morning of my appointment to double-check. To my surprise, the owner called me back and informed me that my appointment had been cancelled and someone else was booked in my place. She also told me that my Groupon voucher had been canceled--something I was completely unaware of until that moment. When I checked my Groupon account, I saw that a refund had been issued without any notice. The owner claimed her assistant had emailed me to cancel the appointment, but later admitted that the email was never actually sent. I repurchased the voucher immediately so that I could keep my original appointment time. However, she then told me I would need to pay an additional $50 because it was now considered a same-day appointment. I explained that I never canceled anything--she did--due to the refunded voucher. After further discussion, she admitted again that the cancellation email was never sent but insisted it wasn't her responsibility to call me or follow up. She told me I was "wasting her time" and that I should be grateful because Groupon only pays her $83 when she normally charges $140 I was shocked by her tone and lack of accountability. Instead of acknowledging the miscommunication or trying to work with me, she made it clear she didn't see it as her issue. All I wanted was a simple call or email to explain the situation ahead of time--something that could have avoided all the confusion. Unfortunately, I will be canceling the second voucher I purchased. I chose this business based on positive reviews, but the way I was treated by the owner was incredibly disappointing. Professionalism and communication matter, especially in customer service. I hope she considers this feedback and works on improving her people skills.
