In the coming weeks Long Bath (Martin's Team) will be coming to install another Bath for me. Everyone I share my finished pictures to were also impressed. Unfortunately after a month the insurance company refused to fix it and we had to pay out if Pocket. When we were ready we were told they had to do another quote and it was the same price. Unfortunately my husband had a medical emergency and a month after his surgery I had to have emergency surgery as well. So here we are 6 months later ready to have our work done and pay out of pocket. I was told we needed a new quote and I'm ok with this because I was told last time the price was high because of wood being so expensive and I know the price has gone down. To my surprise they increased the price by $500. Yes $500!! Inflation has companies being greedy and price gouging and I'm not here for it. I contacted the company and tell them I'm willing to pay an extra $300 but $500 is just too much of an up charge. The company replied thanks for your message have a nice day. Ok great way to lose a customer and any recommendations we might have. Beware when contacting this company. They will up charge and have 0 issues with it. Fortunately we found a company to do it for $700 cheaper. I would hate for anyone to be ripped off so please get more than one estimate!!!

They were actually able to start the job sooner than expected, and completed it quickly. While Brian was on site I asked about also pressure washing the both my balconies and they accommodated that request, and then my additional request to re-caulk areas of the balconies. You're genuinely better off ordering from 1-800 Blinds To Go and paying someone separately to install them. We were initially quoted $18k for 26 windows, then they "price matched" another quote down to $15.5k -- only for 21 out of 26 windows to be measured incorrectly and need to be reordered. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of accountability afterward. The company acts like the issue is out of their hands instead of taking ownership for their mistakes. James, specifically, made multiple promises that were never kept. He measured the windows himself and said we didn't need another appointment for a remeasure; we were told for the loan it would be 12 months interest-free, just for the partner bank to switch the interest rate in the contract, and of course "that is out of their hands." After the $8k down payment was received, their "family-oriented" customer care completely disappeared. On top of that, we were offered $1,000 off as a resolution... which honestly felt insulting considering the scale of the mistake and the inconvenience caused during our move into a new home. For the amount of money spent, I've genuinely received better customer service and problem resolution at a Chick-fil-A. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing and stressful experience during what should have been an exciting time moving into our new house.
