Shipment has been in their possession since Sunday night (it's now Thursday afternoon). Was told Tuesday I would hear from someone today. No communication. Called and requested status and was told they couldn't get ahold of dispatch because it was after hours so they will check tomorrow and call me. How do you receive the shipment over the weekend and four days later not communicate with the customer? Awful service. I feel sorry for anyone who has a shipment through this carrier. UPDATE: Treadmill was delivered the next evening after being told in the morning it would be another 24-48 business hours to process everything. No phone call to schedule the 4-hour delivery window, no required signature (I was supposed to sign for it). Just dropped it off at the side of the driveway, partially on the lawn. I'm reasonably strong and it took three people to drag it into the garage - where I would have asked them to set it had they actually scheduled the delivery as they were supposed to. They made no attempt to knock on the door to see if anyone was home (we were) and sent a text saying they delivered it long after they left. Dispatch was apologetic and owned the mistake, but that really isn't the point. Common sense didn't prevail. If you get a tracking number for this company, say a prayer. read more

1 STAR -- Extremely poor experience with EFW If I could give EFW zero stars, I would. From the delivery delays to the lack of customer service and ultimately receiving a defective treadmill, this was an extremely frustrating experience. My treadmill was with EFW for over 7 days without anyone contacting me to schedule delivery. I repeatedly tried to get answers and only got movement after I complained to the original retailer, who contacted EFW on my behalf. I was told EFW was simply very busy. My scheduled delivery window was 1:00-5:00 PM. Nobody contacted me during that window. Then, at 7:02 PM, I finally received a call saying they were running late and asking if I still wanted the delivery. I agreed, and they eventually arrived around 9:00 PM. During assembly, the technician asked me to sign an agreement on his phone. I wanted to read the entire agreement first, but he would not allow me to properly review it and became angry when I attempted to navigate back to the agreement. I signed simply to avoid escalating the situation. The worst part came the next day. The treadmill was used for the first time, and it immediately began making an extremely loud screaming noise. I reported the problem and am now waiting to find out when a replacement will arrive. The entire delivery process took close to 25 days, despite an advertised delivery time of 6-10 days. The lack of communication and inability to reach a live customer-service representative made an already bad situation even worse. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase a company for basic information about an expensive purchase. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend EFW. I hope they seriously improve their customer-service communication, delivery scheduling, and overall handling of customers. read more

It has now been 48 hrs since I notified this company of the delivery issues, but they have not contacted me or sent a driver back to correct the problem read more

Just like EVERYONE has said in the reviews...same thing. No-call/no-show on delivery date and time, garbage customer service, tracking service that cannot track. Took a day off work for a large product, now they claim they'll deliver tomorrow...while I'm at work, and my pregnant wife has to deal with it sitting in the driveway and wait until someone can help her get it inside. Best part is these pathetic "responses" from EFW customer service..."sorry about your experience...". BS you are. If you were then you'd fix your garbage company. You guys suck. read more

May be good for large commercial shipping, but horrible for residential services. Ordered a large item on Amazon in September and still waiting on delivery. I'd be ok if I could just get an accurate status of my item delivery date. I've reached out past 3 days and my inquiry keeps getting "escalated." I don't know what escalated means at this point. Will update once I'm convinced I didn't get scammed and actually receive the item. read more

This is the worse shipping company ive ever dealt with and they dont even care. I've never seen a review with so many 1 stars and the company doesnt even fix their issues. Theyve had my hood in wichita since Tuesday may 19th and scheduled the delivery for Thursday but they didnt bother to deliver it or reach out to me to say they weren't delivering it. Its scheduled for Friday now but im not confident that they'll actually deliver it. My other experience was a boat motor they had for 2 weeks and I finally had to pick it up myself read more

Absolutely Horrible - Doesn't Even Deserve 1 Star EFW is by far the worst delivery company I've ever dealt with. I was scheduled for a patio furniture pickup (a Walmart return) last Thursday between 2-6pm. They never called. Never showed. I had to reach out to them to find out what happened. No apology, just a reschedule for today. Well, today came and went--again, no call, no show. I had to chase them down again only to be told (after the pickup window had long passed) that "the truck broke down" and they rescheduled me for tomorrow. No one bothered to call and tell me that. If I hadn't called, I'd still be waiting. How does Walmart contract with such an unreliable and unprofessional company? Communication is non-existent, reliability is a joke, and customer service is basically "figure it out yourself." If you have a choice--RUN. Never use EFW. read more

JUST DON'T. One page says, stay at home for the day. Delivery will be from 7am to 5pm. Ok, glad I'm retired. Um no show, no updates. Go to web page to check for the 6th time. One page still says I will have it today by 5pm. Now 730pm. Aonther page says its still in California. 7 days after my order. O did I say customer service is closed. This mess started with a wal mart order. Should have known....NEVER again. read more

The single worst company with which I have ever had the displeasure of dealing. They refuse to abide by a legally-binding contract, fob you off when you ask for updates, and then hang up on you when you try to call and speak to someone. No-one should ever use this company. If there is any justice, then everyone involved with this organisation would serve a life sentence in prison. read more

Service is horrible, was suppose to have my package Thursday nothing no notification nothing and then they mark it delivered Monday and it was still at the warehouse and they tell me I have to wait another 24-48 hours just to get a new delivery date! This company called me the day of my delivery and said they were missing paperwork and couldn't deliver my treadmill. Said they needed to investigate this and it might take a few days. Then they turned around and marked my item as delivered at the end of the day and updated their system saying I signed for it. Nothing has ever been delivered, and they just continually say they are investigating and will get back to me and keep pushing the timeline out of change what they're looking for. First they were missing paperwork. Then they said they need to confirm if the delivery team even has my order at all. read more

Worst delivery company. Lost a 78lb. kayak! Stated they would call to set a delivery date but delivery was already scheduled and they lost it. Sam's Club needs to stop using this company. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. EFW is hands down the WORST delivery company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with -- and I've dealt with some disasters, but this takes the crown. Their tracking system said my package was "in transit" for DAYS. I waited, refreshed, checked again -- nothing changed. So I called... and guess what? THEY NEVER EVEN RECEIVED THE PACKAGE. Are you kidding me?! How can it be "in transit" when it doesn't even exist in your system?? Customer service was a complete dumpster fire. I spoke with three different people who all gave me vague, robotic responses like "we're not sure" and "you'll have to check back later." One even had the audacity to say, "It happens sometimes." EXCUSE ME? This isn't a spilled coffee -- this is a missing shipment! EFW is completely unreliable, unprofessional, and clearly overwhelmed. I wouldn't trust them to deliver a birthday card, much less something important. Save yourself the stress and DO NOT use EFW. Your sanity is worth more than whatever nightmare this company will put you through. read more

This company wins the award for worst customer service. I had a broken furniture item from target that is still awaiting a pick up after 4 scheduled attempts with zero contact or follow up. Today we rescheduled yet again through their website. When no one showed up we called and was told my a supervisor "they don't pick up in your area on Mondays." Why would I be able to schedule a pick up for a Monday if they don't pick up Mondays and why wasn't I contacted about this? My husband spoke with a supervisor who was not helpful either. She shared our item could be picked up the next day, so we will see if EFW follows through. We have waited around for now 3 separate dates for this item to be picked up... I have screen shots of the confirmed pick up times but the company claims they don't have anything on file. I hope Target takes their business elsewhere for a shipping partnership. read more

I order a treadmill which was being shipped through EFW and after reading all of the reviews on here I was really worried. I am happy to say that everything went great with my shipment and delivery. I ordered the treadmill on November 23, 2020 and it was delivered yesterday December 2, 2020. I received a call from the driver stating they would be at my home in 10-15 minutes and they were there in about 5 minutes. The box was much larger then I was anticipating but they had no problem helping me out. Both guys were very nice and professional. I'm also happy to say that with the exception of a little tear on the box there was no damage done. read more

UPDATE: EFW contacted me per my previous feedback, they said they were concerned and want to find out the problem.. It is now Dec 19, Nothing from that after their email. Not a followup, nothing with my sofa moving or shipment information. They have never contacted me back or again, just absolute garbage from EFW.. Just and FYI. Cost is working on it now but not getting very far with EFW. The manufacturer has still not been followed up with by EFW even though they ship hundreds of items with them. Previous Feedback Same issue as so many others here, I ordered from Costco, packaged showed picked up.. Then it does not do anything so I call them, they tell me it will be in destination city and they will then contact me for a delivery time of day, so it arrives in destination city, I schedule a time. Well, next update it is across the USA in Denver. So I call, she has no idea, so I call be a few days later, they tell me the same thing again, destination city, but it already arrived there, she does not say anything, lies lies lies, Costco calls them, they have no idea were it is.. Then the manufactures warehouse emails EFW, no return email. Talk about horrible service.. Where is my furniture EWF????? I paid a lot of money for it!! read more

We ordered a treadmill and it was delivered through EFW. We were told that we would be called when the treadmill was to be delivered. We were also told with that call a delivery window would be provided. Instead, the delivery person showed up UNANNOUNCED, rang our doorbell once, and we were both at work. It was a day earlier than what we had agreed on. They then proceeded to just dump the 300 POUND TREADMILL at the bottom of our front steps. We could not get the box up the stairs. We had to rip it apart, carry it in piece by piece, and still almost didn't get the base of the treadmill into our house. I don't know why the person who chatted with us told us we would be called to establish a delivery window and BLATANTLY LIE ABOUT IT. It took us over an hour to get the treadmill into our home. We would never recommend this delivery company. read more

Estes was going to make a delivery from Sams club on Memorial Day weekend. I was going to be out of town so I called them back and they answered right away. I asked to reschedule the delivery to the following Wednesday and they said sure no problem. They called before arriving within the start of their delivery window and delivered the package exactly where I asked them too. He was also going to offer to put it inside but I said no it's fine to stay in the drive way. He hauled away the large pallet and was gone in no time. Such an easy and painless delivery. read more

I ordered a griddle from Sam's Club. On 7/15. I got a notification saying the order was delivered. I checked my house and my Ring cameras but there was no delivery or delivery vehicles anywhere close to my house. After a few hours, I called customer service. After 1 hour of Sam's customer service talking to their dispatcher they changed the status to delivered to our for delivery and said it would be here on 7/17 by 5 PM. Come 7/17, t was not here. They tried to claim it was delivered on 7/15 but would not provide the delivery address. They said they didn't know what happened. I'm pretty certain one of the delivery drivers has a nice brand new 5 burner gas griddle at his house! Horrible service; do NOT use if you want your products! If I could give negative stars, I would. This company is a joke. Target utilized them to pick up a mattress return. I had to wait a week for a pick up appointment. On the scheduled date, a Friday, I followed up about 4pm to see if there was an issue. Their reps claimed they were still coming, despite the dispatcher not answering calls. I followed up with Target, and they told Target there was no one coming as there were truck issues. Pick up was rescheduled for Monday, Labor Day. Their reps assured Target they would be working on Labor Day. I chatted with EFW twice on Monday and was assured they were coming. At 4pm, I again followed up with Target. EFW told Target they weren't working on Labor Day, but would pick up on Tuesday. At that point I opted to haul the mattress to Target myself. Amazingly, I received a phone call today regarding the shipment. Despite them telling Target a pick up would happen today, I got yet a new story. This time, they blamed the delay on there being a similar pick up in the area causing confusion. They said there would be a truck in the area tomorrow so not even the time frame they gave Target less than 24 hours ago. read more

The absolute WORST customer service. They have no actual idea where your products are. You never get the same story twice. I am so sick of dealing with them I asked if I could just come and pick up my items (which I was told the day before that I could) they said they were closed on a Friday at 130pm. I ordered a mattress and it has been over a month to even get any tracking information. They tell me they had escalated the request and someone will get back to me in 24-48 hours, oh, but they are on the weekends so it will be at least three days. Avoid at all cost! read more

Excellent service and excellent pricing. For anyone reading these negative reviews, please take into consideration these are residential deliveries and are to people who clearly have zero understanding of how common carriers work... It's not the post office delivering to your mailbox or Amazon to your front door. If you are expecting that kind of service from a full out trucker that is used to delivering multiple pallets of goods to a business and receiver at a loading dock and not your treadmill to your front door, you have very unrealistic expectations. If you work in the industry, you know these guys are good. To bad they took on these residential deliveries. They always tank a carriers rating because housewife X thinks their little griddle should be equally as important as that $150,000 load of electronics that driver needs to deliver before the business closes for the day. You will notice none or very little of these bad marks are from actual businesses that deal with freight regularly. The vast majority are people complaining because they do not understand how real trucking works. Residential deliveries will never take priority over high dollar deliveries to warehouses during business hours. Sorry you are not the center of their world. Residential is small fish and generally undesirable freight as most of these guys don't want to drive their trucks in residential areas to deal with people on the street who will never be satisfied. read more

I paid for a delivery on my pool through Walmart which uses Estes, I had GUARANTEED delivery on 5-1-2023 they had my package from Walmart since 4-25-23 I had to sign for package so I missed work on the 1st, package never showed up so I called them I was told I would get a call back the next day and never did, so I called them and they had basically lost my package so I sat on hold for a long period of time then got told it was still in Texas I live in indiana! And it had not even moved in 5 days, they then told me I have to wait two days to even resolve it or get a call back it's is now the 3rd it was supposed to be here the 1st and now I won't even receive a call until the 6th, as shipping is their whole business you would think they would know where a clients package is, and keep in mind I have missed work just for them to not show up and got absolutely no updates. I understand mistakes happen but a package being lost for 5 days and I have to wait another 3 even to get an update is unacceptable I will only be using Amazon from here forward!!! I see why this company only has 1 star on every website. Wish I could give negative -1 star. HORRIBLE SERVICE WILL NEVER BUY FROM A BUSINESS THAT USES THEM AGAIN. Ordered a treadmill 6/6 and it arrived at a facility 45 miles from my house ON 6/13 and as of today still not been delivered. Was scheduled to be delivered today then they changed to 6/30 with no explanation for why it takes so long just said that it's on the dock will be delivered 6/30 when I called. Yeah okay why wasn't it delivered the day you originally said and why has it been held up such a short distance the last two weeks?!!! Customer service is very rude and gives you the run around with no explanation. Horrible horrible business. No respect for customers who spend good money on the products they're handling. It takes a lot for me to get upset/write a horrible review on a business as someone who works in customer service as I understand things happen but this takes the cake and is entirely unacceptable.
