I feel I'd be doing injustice to others if I didn't. As a business owner I have very little time for shenanigans. I work with clients in the mental health niche and trust is a very important part of our relationship with each other. When the shipping provider I put my trust in, not only fails to keep their word, but makes it nearly impossible to send and receive products in a timely and reliable manner, I have no other option but to recommend ANY other service provider. This year alone I will send over 1,000 4 pound packages and 10,000 letters. Next year, my projections on that number will more than triple. I would have like to have someone I could rely on to help me service my clients. UPS has given me a much better experience since I've made the switch. I highly recommend putting your trust in them.
