Fesler's Excavating & Pump - Example of their quality work. (Just cable management)

Fesler's Excavating & Pump

Called at 9pm at night w/ a leaking 11yr old hot water tank, they (luckily for me) had a…read morereplacement tank and came out the following morning (8am or so), fixed everything, thorough inspection, thorough diagnostics, signed, sealed and delivered in less than 3 hours for a price only their competitors wish they could quote... to say I'm impressed only means its due to a lack of words and to keep this review simple. These guys are true seasoned veterans at their craft. I wouldn't even bother asking anyone else for a second opinion (but go for it!), they won't be able to beat these guys. Thank me later! (The 3rd picture is just a display of cable management to show the quality you will get from this company!) A++++++++++ 12 out of 10

March 1 of this year this company came clear up on my property without asking to install a…read moreneighbors sewer line via boring underground! I got ahold of Mr Fesler and was assured he would put my yard back to my satisfaction. he has never called written or contacted me in anyway. I have been contacting the city of Anderson of the problem. Finally, today I come home to a mess of straw in my side yard that appears to have seeds with many more tractor tracks in the part that wasn't damaged before along with large rocks all through the strawed part. I informed the city/county drainage offices. I cannot mow rocks and ruts! I am a 65 year old man that I believe am taken advantage of. By the way. The mud that has been washing through my yard all spring and has clogged an underground drain. (drainage office has no record of the drain) it's formed a sink hole in my yard. I was told I couldn't fill in the sink hole of the undocumented drain! as it carry's the water from the entire back side of the neighborhood! Yet Feslers can throw gravel mud pieces of the street in the drainage ditch that feeds it!

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling

I called Summers because we needed a fairly simple plumbing repair and because there was an online…read morecoupon. The plumber fixed the issue, then encouraged us to consider purchasing a maintenance package, which would cut the price of that service call as well as future calls and would discount the cost of any repairs and supplies. Most importantly, he said, the company would come to our house three times a year to evaluate, maintain, and repair any issues with with plumbing and HVAC. We usually avoid warranty and service packages, so I wasn't sure whether my husband would agree to it. But, the plumber said he could set up the maintenance plan, then cancel it if my husband opposed the idea. We went ahead and purchased the maintenance plan. Today was the first maintenance visit, and the HVAC guy disassembled our furnace and outside AC unit, pointed out potential problems, and advised me on whether there were major issues or whether we could wait on replacement. He also replaced the filter on the furnace, going to the trouble of finding us a less expensive version of the usual model. He spent well over 2 hours working on and cleaning our units. The company seems very committed to good service. They call to confirm the appointment, show up when they say they will, and cover their shoes with these funny little slipper-things before they come in the house. The office also calls with a follow up survey and asks whether the technician arrived on time, covered his feet, etc. They only fault I could find was that I was expecting a plumbing evaluation today, not an HVAC. I don't know where that miscommunication happened, but it wasn't a big deal to me. I figured that Summers was a national company with franchises, because they're pretty slick with branding. As it turns out, they are local to central Indiana but have several branch offices.

They offered a FREE estimate, theb they came out and charged a $99 diagnostic fee before they sent…read moretheir estimate that was 4X higher than everyone else. Avoid at all costs!!!! They will screw you!!!
