Code worked. Mostly a good wash, but bugs and bird feces didn't come off. Went back in, was told to use a brush, and they gave me a code for another wash, free. Customer service is completely as it should be and opposite of Mobile.

Then he went to check and came back and said everything is good. I again said no soap for me! Then he kept me waiting while he called someone and then he reviewed video footage of car going through the car was until he found my car. Finally the gave me a new code for a wash and this time their was soap. Oh and the guy watched me go through and took photos.

The sink had a dark residue on it as though a mechanic had cleaned their hands on it. There was no paper towels, no soap, no hand sanitizer. Just. Plain. Nasty. The pubic hair in the sink was another filthy touch. I complained rather vigorously to one of the clerks and asked if there are no power towels how does the staff wash their hands?? She wasn't rude or even upset, but took no immediate action to remedy the situation. I would suggest avoiding this particular location at all costs!! If there was .5 stars - that's what I would give. Even so, we were able to shop without too much disruption from other people. There are so many items there that are a great value. Some of our favorites are their ice bream bars, fudge cycles, wine and the roasted chicken, of course. We didn't get one today, though, as it was too late and they were about to close. During the holidays they always offer a great selection of gift items. Because it was closing as we were checking out, they were even faster than usual. And, the employees are always helpful and friendly.
