She wasn't rude or even upset, but took no immediate action to remedy the situation. I would suggest avoiding this particular location at all costs!! If there was .5 stars - that's what I would give. Even so, we were able to shop without too much disruption from other people. There are so many items there that are a great value. Some of our favorites are their ice bream bars, fudge cycles, wine and the roasted chicken, of course. We didn't get one today, though, as it was too late and they were about to close. During the holidays they always offer a great selection of gift items. Because it was closing as we were checking out, they were even faster than usual.
