Quick grab and go while I was at the Miami airport so I decided on a Cuban sandwich. I thought it was ok, nothing that I would particularly recommend or be running to go back and have another. The portion size was good enough for me to share. Price was fine. Service was quick and simple. I wish the meat inside was a little hotter, the sandwich seemed like it might have been sitting for a bit. Not bad at all though for airport food. I appreciate the Miami airport for having so many options available.

I selected Estefan Kitchen Express to grab some coffee as the regular coffee stops had extremely long lines. I am glad that I did as the coffee was very good. They specialize in Cuban coffee, but gave americano, Expresso, as well as cappuccino. They brew it fresh with an impressive Expresso machine. They offer authentic Cuban pressed sandwiches made fresh as well as grab and go items. They also offer liquor which I was surprised to see. Very happy I skipped the wait as my coffee is strong and flavorful.

This is Gloria n Emilio Estefan's place! You know, rhythm of the night! So cute n Excellent PitStop for yr Cuban craving. Located in front of gate D27. Cute place w bar n sandwiches n salads. A cute bartender named Leo never hurts . I bought a shot of Don Julio n poured into my SB dragon fruit lemonade pre boarding. Bc I'm flying domestic n can't buy duty free liquor . everything is so fresh. The Cuban sandwich is so good, the bread is so fresh n crumbly. Who would have thought a singer would have a great PitStop! Gloria Of course! Get in your feet! N walk over to this place!

If your looking for an authentic cuban sandwich and your in the Miami Airport. Then make your way to this place. It's takeout only. Very small but they have plenty to offer. Seating is in the common space outside of the establishment. They have a variety of cuban sandwiches, pasteries, juice, coffee, expresso, cappuccino, and they even have mojito's, margaritas, and other exotic drinks. I wanted to try the hot cuban sandwiches. (There baked) But I'll do that the next time I'm here visiting.

Stopped here during my layover. It's located in Terminal D, right across from gate D27. Had the mini cuban spinach and mini cuban ham, cheese & pickle. They have regular size Cubans, but ordered the mini to try two of them. The ham, cheese & pickle mini cuban is really good. I can't wait to get out of the airport and check out all the cuban spots.

Before my flight I stop by the Stefan Kitchen Express restaurant. Surprised by the numerous items of the menu and the many choices to prepare and ready to take out. There was a little fridge by the counter were I saw the salads, I was looking for a no meat salad and I found the Caesar salad, fresh ingredients and very nicely packed. (Lettuce-Cheese and Dressing), the salad came with crouton, they were still crispy and the salad tasted fresh. I really like that everything was separated but packed on the same container so I could enjoy it during my flight. I also got a baked chicken empanada and it was great. It was definitely bigger than the other restaurants at the airport and the flavor was excellent. Not greasy or salty. It had lots of filling and it tasted delicious. A must try! The service was very hospitable and friendly and very fast. I appreciate they provided sanitizer and social distancing was been enforced.

This was a very unexpected surprise. We walked around and didn't see anything appealing until we saw this place. We love Cuban food so we were familiar with the menu. There is a bit of wait because the food is made on the spot. Friendly cashier. We had plenty of time to wait for the food but once it came out it was delicious and hot from kitchen. Drinks were ok. Too much ice on the mojitos. We had ropa vieja and picadillo. These were well seasoned. We will definitely will stop here again when we are in the Miami airport!

Hot Cuban.

Three and a half stars. We had plenty of time to wait for our order before our connecting flight, and we saw others opted for the ready-made options before hurrying to their gates. The bowl I got was less bountiful than the sample plate they had arranged on display, but the protein quality was good, the beans were seasoned well, and everything was piping hot. One corner of the hot Cuban wasn't entirely cooked through where the dough was folded over, but the rest of it was tasty; my husband only regretted not getting the classic sandwich for a higher pickle presence. Minor expectation differences aside, we'd come back to try more snacks and dishes!

The only place I have found in the American Airlines Miami terminal where you can get a cocktail to go! Full bar as well as a small food menu. There are some tables and an area to sit next to it as well. Staff has always been friendly and with a nice pour ;) Prices are to expected for brand and convenience.

This BBQ Chicken pizza was $15.00.

Food was alright. The BBQ Chicken pizza was $15.00. Chicken tasted pretty bland, like the one you get from a frozen section from the grocery store. Not too bad if you're in a hurry. Employees were very nice.

It's a small spot but the flat bread & service are good

I ran into this small counter service food spot by accident in Miami airport. They only had a few bar stools so you may have to squeeze in to order but the young man behind the counter named Andy was very attentive. Luckily, there was one empty stool and he took my order right away. He suggested the Lechon Flatbread (roasted pork, mozzarella, sweet plantains, honey, and truffle oil). It's made to order so it was served piping hot. The bread was toasty and toppings were very tasty. He also made me a Blue Long Island. It wasn't too sweet and pretty strong so no complaints here :) They also have offer pre-baked empanadas, Cuban sandwiches and pastelitos. For you holiday travelers flying out of MIA, Estefan Kitchen Express is a decent place to grab food and cocktails before flight. Plus it's also affordable.

I love love love this place i am truly heart broken that their main restaurant closed down because they won me over with there bold flavors. Their cuban cuisine is exquisite. My husband is cuban and is not easily impressed by cuban cuisine because he has such high expectations but they truly deliver ! a must must try!

Five of us ordered: 5 Cafecitos 1 Pan con Lechon 3 Pan con Bistec 1 Coladita 1 Timba Came out to $107.45 including a $10 tip. We already had a memorable Cubano sandwich so we explored other options. The Lechon was by far the crowd favorite flavor wise, but it is heavier with the pork fat. The garlic sauce is a must to help cut through the richness. We left supremely happy with the salty and garlicky fat flavors lingering on our tastebuds, rejuvenated by a quick shot of velvety espresso, and capped off with the sweet guava and tangy queso crema shake (La Timba). This location is nestled in a food court style area, with a few restaurants offering sit down table service as well. And when I say offering, the sales tactics are reminiscent of timeshare sales zombies standing in an idle state until you mistakenly stop for a BEAT and then it's game on for them. Luckily at Sanguich, they have a few dedicated seats and tables for themselves and they'll come drop your order for you. A little bit of a scavenger hunt to find it, but well worth the adventure. The views out on the water are a bonus too.

Couldn't get enough of how good the bread was and everything just blended together so well. This location is amongst many, many restaurants but Sanguich still gets a line out the door. They do have a small patio in front of the storefront for you to enjoy the meals. The service was a bit slow, but totally understandable as they take their time crafting the sandwiches. We ordered the El Cubano [$14.99] which is their most basic sandwich. The taste was definitely not basic, though! Loved every juicy, crunchy bite of that sandwich. It's kind of shareable, but I could have easily scarfed down both if I was hungry enough. We also got the Boniato Fries [$5.25] which are sweet potato fries but better, and lighter. I think they use "white" sweet potato, according to Google. Whatever it is was good! Also tried their Croquettas [$4.50] which came w/2. Super tasty and satisfying! Everything we had was spot-on! Sanguich needs to be on everyone's "To-Do" list when visiting Miami.

We ordered a ton, and right off the bat: if you love croquetas and empanadas, order extra. They're on the smaller side and come individually, but they are so good they disappear fast. The beef empanadas were a 10/10 perfectly seasoned and crispy. The chicken empanadas didn't hit the same for me, but the jamón croquetas? Absolutely insane. A must. For appetizers, the prawns al ajillo were delicious super flavorful and cooked perfectly. We also tried the grilled octopus, which was good, but not my favorite. It leaned a bit bland for my taste, even with the sauce. Now, the must-get: the carnitas with pickled onions. Easily one of the best dishes of the night so flavorful, tender, and perfectly balanced. For entrées, we had the ribeye steak and arroz con pollo, plus sides of tostones and yuca. Everything here delivered. The steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right not overly salty. The arroz con pollo was phenomenal, the kind of dish you could eat every single day. The tostones were crispy and tossed in garlic, which took the flavor to another level, and the yuca was melt-in-your-mouth good. I also ordered a mojito, which unfortunately was very watered down, I barely got any of that classic mojito flavor. Service overall was solid, especially considering how loud the restaurant gets it was honestly hard to hear each other at the table, so shoutout to our server for keeping everything straight. The appetizers came out quickly, back-to-back, which we loved. The only downside was the wait for the entrées they took quite a while after we finished the apps, even though we ordered everything at once. Overall, amazing food, great energy, and definitely worth going just be prepared for a lively (and loud) atmosphere.

Besides the fried plantain stuffed with shrimp and the tostones we had the Vaca Frita with rice and black beans. The Vaca, rice and beans were perfectly seasoned and delicious. It smelled so good I couldn't take a picture! Now a couple of things that are not great. The area has a serious parking availability and price problem, so account for that, there is a parking garage close but the prices change a lot. The service was very... dry, seemed in a bad mood, employed high pressure selling tactics and was visibly unhappy when we didn't roll with it. The place had the door open and the AC seemed to not be working in Miami's heat that is not great, to boot the drinks were very expensive. The price of the food was offensively high. The pictured tostones (green plantains) were more than 8 dollars. And the few tiny srimp stuffed plantain was more than 11 dollars. The Fried Beef (Vaca frita was reasonably priced at just over $20 considering how expensive beef has gotten. All in all this place serve the real Item when it comes to Cuban food. But it has turned from the beloved family place our elders and we loved back in the day. To a more tourist money geared place. At least that's how we felt when we left. We will be seeking a different spot for our next year "Miami long weekend food run".

I decided to get the Cuban breakfast with a guava smoothie. The platter was a 5 out of 5 for me. I loved the pork belly, the eggs, the potatoes, and the salad!
