Tried the new location the other day for lunch, it is literally across the street from its original spot. Its still being finished out but the kitchen is open for business. The dining room was still being set up but a couple tables and chairs were available. The place was busy and most people were taking their food to go. A one page menu, I opted for the fish tacos, and order of two with hot sauce. The kitchen is quick and effecient, from the time I ordered until my tacos were handed to me, maybe ten minutes? The fish was nice golden brown batter fried with a dressing of slaw on nice corn torillas, with the hot sauce. *The Hot is not for the faint of heart, if you are even vaguely fearful of fire sauces go with the mild. This one packs some heat! On April 14th around 3:30 the service from beginning to end was not warm or inviting, we were the only people in the restaurant so we thought it would be quick and. Luis was on his phone during our order and was mumbling, i repeated my order 3 times to ensure i got what i wanted and he look up maybe twice. after ordering he handing us the receipt and started to walk away until we asked him if we had to sign and he just pointed to the receipt and said sign then walked away. When our food came out we noticed it wasn't what we had ordered so we waited about 3 minutes for him to come back and when we told him what was wrong he immediately said you didn't order that and when I said I did order something else he disagreed and walked away again. I decided i wanted my money back and when i told him i did he said here's what you ordered and i told him i wanted my money back for the attitude he was giving and the disregard for us even being there. He then decided to argue with me about what i had ordered again and i insisted that i just wanted my money back i didn't want to eat from a restaurant that treats people the way he did . We had a hard time finding this place. It was tucked inside a little shopping area, and we were expecting to find a food truck and not an actual building. Once inside though the menu had a lot of really good options to choose from. We ordered the super veggie fajita burrito, a wet burrito with red sauce and a plate of veggie nachos. We enjoyed the nachos. They weren't anything too special but they were tasty. My son loved his wet burrito and said it was really good. The rest of us were disappointed with our veggie fajita burritos however. My husband, who got the hot sauce with his, said it had some good flavor. It was pretty spicy for him, which surprised me because he can handle a lot of heat. But he enjoyed it. The rest of us got the mild sauce with ours but we didn't taste any sauce. We felt like the burrito was pretty bland and could have used a lot more flavor and some kind of sauce. We all commented as well on the fact that the potatoes could have been cooked more. They felt a little undercooked. Overall it was just okay. We probably wouldn't choose this restaurant again since there were better tasting options elsewhere. read more

So far so good. The tacos that I ordered for my partner were highly delicious. She ended ordering al pastor, carne asada and chipotle. Usually we tend to notice when their is very fatty and put aside any non edible meat. But not this time. I noticed instead the many times she complimented the flavor of the meat along with the salsa and side of lemons. The tacos are fairly large so it is a win-win situation if you come hungry The reason I give them a star less was due to their prices and the fact that I have yet to try some of their dishes. For instance I have found that Speedy Taco sells cheaper Chile Relleno Burritos for a fraction of the price $4. Anyways that is not to say I am not willing to try theirs one day! I'm a regular at this spot and I am surprised I haven't written a review sooner. I've tried something from each category and it never disappoints. I recommend the chorizo breakfast burrito (really slaps with ketchup and dont come for me, I don't make the rules), the Al pastor super burrito is excellent and the fajitas super burrito is great with any protein, you pick. This is a great spot for a bite to eat and a soft drink or beer. There is no bathroom but if you are far from home you can always go to the co-op in walking distance.
