Estación de Goya is handicapped accessible with stairs and elevators. Very good signage and multiple entrances. The station has the usual automated ticket vending kiosks and turnstiles. I also saw some staffers here who can assist.
There is a permanent exhibition of Goya artworks here, which is really interesting.
The station is a transfer between Line 2 and Line 4. On Line 2, it is between Manuel Becerra (toward Las Rosas) and Príncipe de Vergara (toward Cuatro Caminos). On Line 4, it is between Velázquez (toward Argüelles) and Lista (toward Pinar de Chamartín).
