The last time I visited here, I pulled up to pump 1 and went inside to pay. Upon returning to the pump, I was dismayed that it didn't work. I had to return inside three times before the clerk had to cancel and refund my payment, then advise me to pull up to another pump (so I had to pay again). Argh. At least, at the new pump, everything worked. I'm not dinging this station for this one minor issue. It was an anomaly. Every other time I've been here, everything's worked fine. And the clerk inside is always super nice and helpful. The inside of the associated convenience store has always been spotless, and large, with a ton of selections for foods and beverages. There are lots of pre-made dishes (and they don't look like the crappy fare in most gas station stores, either). One thing I LOVED here: they have a decent selection of Jewish foods! Yes, in the gas station store! There are Manischewitz cake mixes and matzah and other kosher canned and jarred foods, and Jewish candles and other small staples. I've never seen this stuff at a gas station and, despited being exorbitantly priced, I was impressed they stocked this stuff. This station has extended hours of operation, but there is no car wash here (unfortunately).

Stopped for gas on our way to Hope / Manning Park last Sunday -- price at the time was 119.9 / litre. We have never had to check out the small, attached convenience store, but have always found the total location setup to clean and tidy.

Had to come here on a Craigslist buying meetup, as both me and the seller work around the area, and this is probably one of the safest places to meet up. Since I was early, I parked in one of the stalls after putting minimal petrol in the car. Parked in one of their slots, and walked into the store. The store is nice and new, as I had to buy lotto, and it was a ot day, the a/c was jacked, probably because this store also houses a White Spot Triple O's diner. Also noticed they just changed their gas signs... and the numbers showing the outrageous Canadian prices is bright, LED bright, so they are saving gas while showing you how much you will be paying to feed your ride! I stopped in here to finally sample the deviously illegal in the USA treat I had long heard…read moreabout... THE KINDER EGG. This terrifying threat to U.S. national security was quite terrifying looking as I delicately attempted to diffuse its dangerous outer casing to attempt to get a look at the dangerous explosive core of the device. On one of my sample eggs I gently removed the delicious chocolate casing with my teeth tools and swallowed the chocolate rapidly to ensure no children could be harmed across the border. Next I was left with the dangerous plastic core filled with dangerous toy part shrapnel that I had to delicately pry open which with my finger tools proved challenging so I had to add teeth biting tools into the mix and the plastic shell quickly popped open. Inside the nefarious plastic core I removed the plastic shrapnel parts and assembled them into the crappy little toy they made. I repeated this process several times with my other Kinder Egg samples to evaluate the risk and overall my evaluation was that the toys inside are crap but banning these dumb Kinder Eggs is also dumb. The crappy toys got tossed in the trash in possible violation of some Canadian recycling laws as I'm not sure if I threw them in the right place but I needed to ensure I wouldn't violate the U.S. laws of dumb Kinder Egg ban either. Hopefully this will not result in an overwhelming international incident as my professional evaluation and testing of the Kinder Egg threat was thorough and the chocolate was fully consumed to avoid any danger of choking by any Darwin awards recipients.
