You have to get out of your car to press the help button, wait for someone to come only to have them say that you now have to get up and out to the machine again to pay with your credit card. To be fair, it's been a while now since I've been to this location, so perhaps the staff has changed over since. I ended up calling them and alerting them that I was here. Then, their tap machine was malfunctioning. The attendant kept insisting it wasn't the machine's fault (even though multiple different cards wouldn't tap) and made us leave the car to insert and enter the pin.
