His announcements were crisp and everybody knew what was happening without a lot of yelling into a mic. From our initial phone call, I felt such ease communicating with Randy. Randy took the time to understand what environment and traditions we wanted to incorporate on our special day, which was even more important since we were doing a blend of a traditional Mexican wedding with also my Husband's side who's is American white. We had a fiasco with a venue cancelling 43 hrs before our event, due to construction liability. We contacted Troy, and our other party vendors right away to let them know our dilemma. Troy was very patient and understanding while we searched for another venue. We secured another venue within a few hours and Troy was still able to accommodate our new venue location and time for the event. This photobooth was a hit!
