Prior to meeting with him, I have had consultations with three other surgeons. Two were board certified plastic surgeons one was a facial plastic surgeon. Extensive research and a lot of coaching from my sister who is a nurse (not in plastic surgery) I find out that facial plastic surgeons are usually ENT surgeons. The ones that operate in your ears, nose and throat. On your sinuses and tonsil and ear drums. Then they take a year to learn how to do the cosmetic stuff on your face. Some go on to take some classes on lasers and then they say they are triple board certified or quadruple if they take another class. So please check the board certifications and where its coming from. I saw online a dermatologist and even a dentist claiming they were facial plastic surgeons with multiple board certifications. I would also be very wary of those who are board certified in Cosmetic Surgery. Done ranting and now back to my review. I met with Dr Kim as I wanted fo address the drooping along my jawline, loose skin on my neck and my hooded eyelids. I searched online and found Dr Kim and my sister had a friend who also was a nurse who had surgery with him. Later, I also found out my real estate agent knew someone who had surgery with Dr Kim as well. He was very thorough during the consultation. Addressed different surgery methods for my face neck and eyes. He didnt think I needed a full browlift but that a temple lift would help open up my eyes along with the upper eyelid surgery. Face and neck lift (extended deep plane preservation method). Surgery took five and a half hours with general anesthesia. Which feminds me, make sure where you are having the procedure is Certified as well and who will be administering your anesthesia even if it is twilight. That's from my sister. After the procedure, surprisingly not as painful as expected. Pain, yes, but not excruciating. Aching dull pain and neck felt very tight. During the after surgery visits, Dr Kim was very attentive, careful and delicate. He made me feel at ease and guided me through the rough first few days. The ladies at the office were all very sweet as well. I am now six months out and really liking the way it all turned out. The scars are perfect. Those I could tell from day one how well things were sewed together. The stiching looked like a machine did it very precise. The first week my husband was like OMG and very worried. But just the other day he said I looked beautiful with a big smile. I can't thank Dr Kim enough for his attention to detail, his reassuring confidencs, his caring bedside manners and most of all his awesome surgical skill and precision. I look like myself but very very refreshed, natural, not pulled, but definetly 100% improved. I am thrilled with my results. Thank you Dr Kim!

At 5'3" and previously wearing a 34G, I was hoping to achieve a result closer to a 34C/D once fully healed. Rather than opting for a traditional breast reduction and lift, I ultimately chose liposuction based on Dr. Yamini's recommendation that it would be a good option for me, with the added benefits of minimizing scarring and recovery time. Before my surgery, the counter staff was INCREDIBLE at answering all my questions to make sure I was prepped. They were helpful in getting my financial arrangements set up. Every question I had, they were so kind, patient, and went out of their way to support me in my requests. I was even able to get my pre-surgery bloodwork/labs done in house. Surgery was scary, but the nurses were so kind and understanding. They were able to settle my nerves and it made going under so peaceful and easy. Surgery went beautifully. Dr C. made me so snatched I almost blew away in the wind. When I woke up my nurses helped my partner and I prep for caring to my wounds at home. During recovery, my partner called the office daily with questions and the staff again was SO helpful. They were incredible at helping me schedule lymphatic drainage massages, follow ups, and even procuring the shapewear I needed. They provided to-do lists and general dos/fonts for an easy recovery. The price of everything was very fair for the area and the scope of work. The results are beautiful, and the care of the staff took this over the top. Plastic surgery is no joke and not a casual affair, and I went back and forth for YEARS about whether or not to do it. I'm so glad I did it, and especially glad I did my research and picked a place with such empathetic staff. I don't think this experience would have been as comfortable without them, as the recovery is intense. Worth the investment and I don't think I'd trust anyone else with my body.

I'm 6 months post op, and while I know I could have had a rhinoplasty elsewhere for a quarter of the price, I wasn't interested in gambling with my face and my quality of life. I'm in my mid thirties and have never been able to breathe. As a runner, singer and... human... this is super inconvenient. My left nostril was completely blocked, and large turbinates plus a deviated septum meant I could only sniff little bits of air, and I was a champion snorer. Dr. Nima was patient with me when creating my mockup and really listened to what I had to say. This was important bc other Beverly hills docs are very pushy about just putting the nose on you they've decided is "right." I followed every instruction to the T and really took advantage of the open text line any time I had a question or curiosity. The entire staff was always so kind and never once made me feel like I was aggravating them. I'm really happy with how my nose looks, and no one can believe I've had work done unless they see my before picture. But the best part to me is that I can breathe!! Really and truly breathe! Now when a yoga instructor tells me to take a deep breath through my nose, I'm borderline emotional when I actually can. And I had no idea my sense of smell was so bad pre-op! The day I got everything out of my nose I used some lip gloss I've used 100x before and had no idea it smelled the way it does! If you want a teeny tiny and obviously fake nose, I'm not sure Nima would be the right fit for you, but if you want a nose that looks natural and straight and fits your face, he is. Now at 27, I decided to have a revision, and Dr. Nima did an incredible job straightening my nose while still keeping it looking natural and like me. With my first rhinoplasty, which was performed by a different surgeon, I remember having very little follow-up after surgery. My experience with Dr. Nima has been completely different.
