Sandy did my manicure, and my first-ever cat eye nails came out absolutely incredible! She was quick, efficient, incredibly patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The shoulder massage at the end was such a nice touch and left me feeling so relaxed. Tammy did my pedicure, and she was also amazing. I tend to get painful ingrown nails, so I'm always nervous, but she was so gentle and made me feel completely comfortable. The massage, hot stones, and warm towels were so relaxing. She even offered me water, other beverages, and a snack, which made the experience feel extra special. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and so happy. Thank you, Sandy and Tammy! She also recommended what fixes and styling for my hair I should get and talked me through why. I got a trim and layer cut, and the front fix on my bangs was well done and looks natural blended in with the rest of my hair! I even got styling tips and a demonstration with some hairspray and a blow dryer. I am very happy with the results, and also happy I won't have to pin up my bangs all the time anymore. I was happy to be flexible and later arrived 10 minutes early. When I walked in I noticed there wasn't a designated waiting area for clients. Then later I was told that my appointment had been forgotten and that a walk-in had been taken instead. I was understandably a little disappointed, but I remained understanding. A little after another nail tech. came from the back and was able to help me. Before we began, I communicated twice that I was there for a builder gel fill. I've had this service done many times, so I'm familiar with the filing process. However, much more product was filed away than I've ever experienced during a fill, which seemed to defeat the purpose of getting one. The filing also felt quite aggressive. While I understand the need to work efficiently, I experienced a burning sensation several times, and the technician even applied pressure to the top of my nail to help relieve the discomfort. After this happened repeatedly, I no longer felt comfortable continuing with the UV curing process because I was concerned about the sensitivity of my nails. I explained that I had changed my mind and would instead like to receive only cuticle care and nail shaping. The technician asked a coworker to assist with translation, but unfortunately, the interaction didn't feel welcoming. I calmly explained again that I wasn't comfortable placing my nails under the UV light and wanted to give them time to recover. The coworker appeared visibly frustrated and responded by pressing firmly on my nail and rubbed her finger against it to demonstrate that the builder gel was still present. The original technician completed the cuticle care and nail shaping, and I paid for her time and service. I appreciate that she finished the appointment, but overall, the experience did not leave me wanting to return. I also think the salon could benefit from a designated waiting area for clients and some soft background music to create a more welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

It alleviated some swelling and stiffness in my leg as I recover from an MCL tear! I highly recommend the Cocora Silk pedicure . They are so pretty and remind me of carnival glass. Everyone is so nice here . And Helen shaped my nails perfectly! (The picture shows my middle finger off, but it's just the angle) She is so gentle , I almost dozed off. The absolute amazing selection of polish makes it difficult to decide sometimes .
