5/5 -- Excellent artisan bakery!…read more Really enjoyed my experience at The Little Tart Bakeshop! For a neighborhood artisan bakery, this place delivers exceptionally well across the board. Food & Drink (35%): 2/2 There's a huge variety of options, including some very creative offerings. The quality is excellent, and I really appreciate that they warm up your selections for you. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared. Personal Enjoyment (25%): 2/2 I genuinely loved the experience. It's the kind of bakery that makes you excited to explore the menu and try different things. Value (15%): 2/2 We got seven items for $42, averaging about $6 per item. I didn't pay close attention to every individual price, but for a craft bakery offering this level of quality and creativity, the overall price felt very reasonable. Service & Hospitality (15%): 2/2 Great service! The staff was fast, attentive, and pleasant to interact with. Everything went smoothly and made the experience even more enjoyable. Atmosphere & Experience (10%): 2/2 The space is surprisingly large, with high ceilings and plenty of bar seating and areas suitable for working on a laptop. It's a genuinely enjoyable place to sit down and eat. It can get crowded, understandably given its popularity, but that didn't detract significantly from my experience. Overall: 10/10 5/5 stars I use a weighted five-category rubric that considers food quality (35%), personal enjoyment (25%), value (15%), service (15%), and atmosphere (10%). Importantly, I judge places relative to their category. A neighborhood bakery should be evaluated as a bakery, not compared to a fine-dining restaurant. The Little Tart earned full marks in all five categories. Excellent food, enjoyable atmosphere, attentive service, and reasonable pricing. Definitely a bakery I'd recommend!

It tastes like gingerbread in a cup. You can pick out every note, from the cinnamon all the way through to the coffee, and no flavor drowns out the others. The cold foam was just right too: enough to make it creamy without taking over the drink. The café itself is just as good. It's cute and unique. This is the kind of place you go to slow down, sip something special, and feel a little fancy doing it.

We saw some of the really cute things in the window, so we walked in and it did not disappoint. The place was filled with chocolates macaroons and a whole bunch of pastries. You could also order a whole variety of espresso drinks and lattes, etc. It even had a really cute seating area directly outside, but if you could fit yourself inside, there was some bar seating as well. The place is not large however, the cases are definitely filled with a lot of goodies. On this particular day, it did take us a little while to make a decision as there are quite a few choices. However, the two staff members who were here that day were very patient with us. We did walk away with macaroons a lemon meringue tart as well as a Canele. You know what it's in the pictures. I do not have a picture of that because it was eaten before I got a chance to take a picture of it. But everything was so tasty absolute perfection. I don't know who's making this stuff but they are truly talented. I have to come back here again when I'm in Buckhead Village.

The hot dog cheese was a cheesy bun filled with sliced hot dog pieces. It was fluffy and flavorful as was the curry chicken bun. I do wish the curry chicken bun had more filling, but considering the very reasonable price, I can't complain too much. The egg tart was also fantastic. A perfectly flaky and buttery crust, and a not too sweet velvety smooth custard. The staff was friendly. A casual cafe where you pick your wanted baked goods from the cases. If you want to heat up your buns (which I highly recommend you do, especially with the savory buns), the staff will hand you a plate, and you heat it up in the microwave next to the napkins & utensils. There is also self-serve complimentary water next to the cash register.

Super cute and yummy coffee shop…read more I came here on a Friday morning around 10a.m. It was active inside with about 3 people ahead of me but the line moves quick. There's a steady traffic of people going in and out. The staff are welcoming and pleasant. I got an iced honey lavender latte with oat milk and slice of the pistachio cardamom cake. The latte was ok but the cake was phenomenal. The latte had a decent flavor but it wasn't strong. Plus it tasted very grainy and milk-heavy, overpowering the coffee. My slice of cake was so moist and delicious without being too sweet. It was perfect. I'd definitely come back again more so for the desserts than the coffee. They have some indoor seating and a cozy table on the sidewalk just outside the front door.

Saying it was delicious would be an understatement, it was phenomenal the quality of the beef, the saltiness , the soft warm bun. It was so good after every bite he was proclaiming how amazing it was, and truthfully, I agreed! We arrived at about 12:50 PM, and I'd say we were out of the bakery at about 1:35 PM along with our burgers we each got a cookie I decided on a butterscotch millet one butterscotch is a flavor that I'm personally in love with and it screams Fall to me, it was a great treat to finish off my meal with and flavor forward thankfully! My only note for the burger would probably be just that some more of the aioli would've been much appreciated. Otherwise, I know where I'll be in line Sunday's going forward waiting for that famous flag to fly. I'm hoping to try some of their savory pastries in the future, they all sound delicious, and the sausage roll was definitely something. I was hoping to snag, I wouldn't say pickings were slim around the time we arrive, but there were definitely some items that didn't make it till noon. Parking for us was relatively easy, there is maybe about 4 to 5 spots directly next to the butcher/bakery that they share with Arden's garden, and ample street parking. Staff was super kind, I wanted to grab our cookies first, so they actually remembered me and said welcome back when I made my way back in with my boyfriend who was buying our burgers which I thought was silly and nice! (: I'm an active home baker so I always find it amazing to see what it looks like inside any pastry case, and I was able to get some information on their various breads through these informative cards they have - at home I tend to only make focaccia, but I loved having the insights into the process they use for all the loaves they have. (:

Is this just supposed to be a hard boiled egg breakfast sandwich? i don't understand why anyone would want a rubbery, overdone egg with a greenish yolk as the star of the show. The cheese isn't melty and, in a town full of delicious biscuit offerings, i found the biscuit to be dry and stale. the evergreen breakfast sandwich continues to puzzle the hell out of me. i'll stick to Little Tart's offering from now on.

It comes down to appearance, taste, texture (love a good bite; should not be mealy), chew, and substance. I'm pleased to report that Saint Germain satisfied my sweet (French) tooth. After the sampler, I was done desserting. Yep, sampler. Why settle for one flavor when you can try them all? Well, six. Six. I tried six. And each one was excellent. The staffer was patient and helpful in leading me to a mix that would satisfy my desire to be a bit broad in my tastes but never traveling too far from sweet. Savory is not the move when it comes to these treats. My journey to France by way of Atlanta started with chocolate then went to raspberry violette (what???) then I went to the circus with cotton candy. I got a bit traditional with salted caramel, stayed there with nutella and finished up with creme brulee. When I tell you each macaron was better than the first... wow. You definitely get what you pay for -- so this wouldn't be an everyday splurge but... when you get a hankering pay for the real deal. Your tastebuds will thank you. If you're gonna go, go all in. Next time I'll venture past the macarons... but not too far.

It had a decent peach flavor to it and the top part of the peach had an ice cream texture to it. Would recommend ordering one of their pastries! Service was decent. We received our orders quickly. Mike is truly the face of Sugar Shane's, and honestly, he is the reason I even know about this place! If it weren't for seeing his videos on TikTok, I probably would have never discovered Sugar Shane's ...and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one. His videos are always so exciting, welcoming, and encouraging that they make you want to come out and experience it for yourself. And today, I noticed something that really stood out to me: several of us showed up because of what we saw from Mike, and we were all complete strangers to one another! That says a LOT about the impact he has. His energy, personality, and hospitality make people feel welcomed before they even walk through the door. So, Mike, this shout-out is for YOU! Sometimes their open hours are a bit off, as if been before during regular hours and they've been closed. I'll also add that the entrance can be confusing as Family Baking shares space or simply is owned by Rolls Village. None of this stops me from stopping by. The cherry on top is that the service is truly phenomenal. I love being greeted where I spend money, and the guy who frequently mans the cash register has such great energy. He's efficient as hell too! When I visited, he skipped through the tipping portion of the POS both times... so I'm not sure if they accept tips but I won't complain too much about that LOL. Go!!!
