I needed an electrician last minute to help me fix a GFCI that was showing open neutral for an inspection. David was quick to respond and fixed the GFCI issue. He texted me pictures of the repair. Super easy to work with, would definitely work with Espys again read more

I needed to have 2 outlets installed on the ceiling and have gotten several quotes. I was very surprised when David offered to come out to give me a quote, given that this is a very small job. When he arrived at my house without being prompted, he offered to take off his boots before entering. It's not a big deal, BUT, it is... He was courteous, didn't pressure, didn't try to sell me other modifications, and his pricing was fair. So, I decided to go with. On the day, of the job, he arrived with his brother along their professionalism. Well prepared, knowledgeable. In and out, leaving my place cleaner than when they've arrived. They will be my first call, if I ever need any electrical work done. I will highly recommend them!!! read more

I don't usually give reviews for good service, because I tend to expect it. However, I realize how hard it is to find good contractors these days, so I thought I'd throw these guys yet another 5 star review. David, his brother, and his dad are all standup guys. They were prompt, did clean work, and a fair price. I'd recommend them to anyone. Well done! read more

I have had a great experience with Espys. I called them to troubleshoot some electrical wiring problems for my car garage and my apartment. I was not present at the apartment and they were able to follow instructions, got in and out with no problem. They replaced all the problem outlets, and fixed the electrical problems in the garage. They are very motivated people, I would not worry about letting them handle any electrical problems in the future. I e-mailed them on Sunday, they arrived on Monday morning and works were done on the same morning. Their pricing was very reasonable! read more

I don't review very often but these guys are going to be my go-to electricians. Besides giving a good, straight up price, the absolute deal-maker was the level of trust they instilled from what they said, their execution, and follow through. Jonathan was exceptionally respectful and detailed throughout the job starting from the front door. The job was relatively small with just a couple of 3-way dimmers and gfci switches to be installed and was quoted as such. It turned out to to take a lot longer than anticipated as Jonathan worked to eliminated all possibilities when the switches didn't work. I was impressed with Jonathan's ethics in working through the problem and David's professionalism in supporting him from the office when problems arose. In the end, they stuck with the original quote (minus the hardware cost since since I used my own switches) even though they spent more man hours than was anticipated. I wish I can share more details of the experience and results here but to keep it short, I'll be calling these guys again. read more

Very trustworthy, they provided me with a simple solution even though I didnt hire them for the job yet. Will definitely be using them for future electrician needs. read more

I put a Yelp service request for an electrician super early in the morning and I was pleasantly surprised to hear from Espys rather quickly( 7:45am). They quoted me a price and were at my house within a couple hours. David was clear and concise with his communication and the electrician who arrived (Jonathan) was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I generally search for companies with a large number of reviews but from the get go I felt extremely comfortable with Espys . I was beyond satisfied with the service and I already had them quote me on future work that I want to get done. In terms of price, Espys was extremely competitive with some of the larger companies quoting me almost double. If you are looking for quality work and a reasonable price , I highly suggest giving Espys a call. Thanks guys, my family and I appreciate your work. read more

Espys is your go-to for any electrical needs. David was one of the most genuine, prompt, and professional tradesman I have ever had the privilege of meeting. His caring nature is demonstrated by how he works, keeps the homeowner updated, and cleans up the job site. His knowledge is also unparalleled. When tasks seem difficult for any other electrician, take a chance with David and the team at Espys and give them a call. Not only was he the most prompt, he was the most fair in price and showed me that he cared about customer satisfaction before the money. I needed some rewiring done from a dead light-switch, and couldn't not have been happier. David and his team is truly that company that makes you say, "I got a guy" when someone asks for an electrician, and you know with confidence, he'll take care of your referrals, and family just like it was his own. read more

After procrastinating on my failed kitchen ceiling lights, I decided to finally change the fluorescent tubes. When I flipped the switch, I heard a static noise, saw some smoke, and then heard a pop. I immediately turned off the switch and went on line to find an electrician. I came across Espy's Electrical with 48 recent reviews all 5 stars! I called and spoke to David who assessed the problem as a bad ballast. He scheduled me in the next day at 2pm. The next day I got a call at 2pm sharp to notify me they were on the way. Fifteen minutes later they were here and got to work. Jonathan and his brother were both very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. They were very respectful of my kitchen asking permission to put their tools and parts around the area. As they were working they explained what they were encountering and the fixes they were doing. After 2 hours of hard labor they tested the lights and had success. They put everything back together, swept and vacuumed the area, and wiped the ceiling molding clean. Their price was reasonable considering the work put in and preventing me of a fire hazard. I recommend Espy's Electrical Services if you want it done right. read more

Used Espys to install a 240 cable for my new spa. I had several companies come and quote me. Most companies wanted to run an ugly pipe all around my back yard to get to my jacuzzi. David was very smart and was thinking outside the box. David and his brother came up with a very cosmetic and efficient way to install the line. They were always on time, very professional, prices were competitive and they were very personable. I was very happy with their services and definitely will use them again. read more

On Sunday the electricity to our entire house shut down. Temperatures were reaching for 102°. I had to use my phone to search for an electrician to help us. Many websites said they were closed...or they were too far away. Then I phoned Espy's Electrical Service. A voicemail, instructed me to send a text message explaining our situation. I did so, and within a few minutes, I received a phone call back from David. He was very professional and kind. Even though it was a Sunday, sweltering hot, and circumstances were that David was an hour's drive away, he still said he would come right away. Within an hour, David was at our house and was able to resolve our electrical problem. He was cheerful and caring. My husband and I were so appreciative and wanted to give him a tip, which he declined. If we have electrical problems in the future, I will definitely call Espy's Electrical Service. If I could give more than five stars for David, I certainly would. read more
