The brisket was quite dry, and the mac and cheese seemed like it had been sitting for a while and had hardened. The baked beans had a very strong onion flavor that made them difficult to eat, and the toast just tasted like plain bread without any garlic or seasoning. Overall, it was disappointing considering the price of the meal. I only managed a few bites of the sides and one slice of brisket. My parents ended up taking most of it home for their dog since we couldn't finish it. It was especially disappointing because we've used Mojo's for catering before and had a great experience, so eating in felt like a completely different quality level.
