The teachers and staff all knew my children by name. My kids made lasting friendships and so did I between parents and staff. I would highly recommend the Growing Room Bartram Park if you're looking for quality long term care. Both of my children were reading well by the time they left the center and entered Kindergarten. My children were happy, well educated and treated wonderfully. They made lasting memories and grew so much due to the love and experiences they shared here. The director and management is amazing. Don't let one bad review turn you away. Go tour the center and see for yourself how amazing and organized it is.

The current one Sherrie, curses her staff out (I was standing in the room dropping my child off when she came in and went off on the teacher). The center is unoragnized. The girl at the front desk Andrea needs to dress more conservatively, I do not like seeing boobs and butts when I drop my child off. I pulled my child because of the turnover and the unprofessional staff. Also the curriculum is garbage. So be careful if you are putting your child in this school.

The kids ran around playing all day. No arts and crafts, no group learning activities, no special projects, and so far only one item brought home by my granddaughter which was some slime that she made while at camp. I'm looking at the video camera of my granddaughter's class and the kids are running around, flipping, throwing toys and doing nothing worth over $200 plus dollars per week. I would remove her if it wasn't so close to the end of camp. The kitchen staff is awesome as well as Ms. Jane but my granddaughter spent a summer running around the class playing all day. I found out today that there will be no more water activities until camp is over. That was the one thing that I knew she somewhat liked. Very disappointed, because when I was enrolling her, this is not what I expected. I have voiced my concerns, only to see nothing has changed.

We are incredibly grateful for our experience with Huntington Learning Center St. Johns!!!…read moreMy son is a junior in high school and truly a go-getter--he's taken on leadership roles, dedicated hundreds of hours to volunteering, challenged himself academically, and maintained a fantastic GPA. He has all the ingredients for success and getting into the colleges he's aiming for--except standardized testing was holding him back. That's where Huntington made all the difference. Mrs. Barb (ELA) and Mr. Suresh (Math) have been outstanding. Their ability to connect, teach strategically, and build confidence has been invaluable. They don't just teach the material--they understand how to help students think through the ACT in a way that finally clicks. A special thank you to May as well, who consistently takes the time after practice tests to explain everything in detail. That level of care and follow-through has helped my son truly understand his mistakes and improve each time. Most importantly, earning the Bright Futures scholarship was a major goal for him--and thanks to their program, he achieved it. That milestone alone speaks volumes about the impact Huntington has had. We've already seen meaningful progress--on his most recent ACT, he improved by 6 points in Math and 9 points in English, and he reached his Bright Futures goal. More importantly, my son now feels confident and capable walking into future tests. Huntington has been a key part of helping him reach his full potential, and we highly recommend them to any family navigating the college prep journey.
