However as we now enter our child's third year at the school with numerous staff and leadership turnover we utilize this school more out of convenience than personal choice. There have been several instances of miscommunication from leadership with our family. Even more concerning, is the notable leadership turnover in such a short period of time. Unfortunately there is not a standard practice in place for routine class transitions which allow children of the same age an equal opportunity to access all learning tools which the school prides itself on. It's extremely disappointing to see such obvious stagnation and regression in our child's classroom engagement and learning for what appears to be the sake of appeasing incoming families on waitlists or special circumstances. I do hope moving forward the school is able to put in place more concrete class groupings so that all children are afforded an equal opportunity to engage and excel in their pivotal early learning years with the developmentally appropriate materials and tools the school has to offer.

I had an issue with my app still showing me the old location we were at , I submitted tickets and called their help desk but it wasn't until I stopped at the front desk one afternoon and talked to Ms. Kaylee (might not be how you spell it but trust me they know who she is!). In about 5 minutes she was able to help me fix the same issue I had been reaching out for help with. So far it's been nothing but good things I highly recommend you get on their waiting list.

We're incredibly particular about who teaches our children, and Goddard continues to exceed our expectations. The teachers truly form loving relationships with the kids, and the children are taught kindness and basic routines from the beginning. My child has been at this location for almost 2 years now and I couldn't be happier! The staff is amazing! The curriculum is teaching my child more than I ever expected in a early preschool setting (in the fall, my child will be in PVK). It's nice to see the same staff (teachers) over and over again meaning the turnover rate is limited. There is a great outdoor playground for all children to enjoy. The only issue I have is the location. It is 5 or 6 car-lengths from a stop light with a left turn median. This all boils down to a nightmare to get in and/or out of the parking lot on a regular basis. However, I'm not gonna fault La Petite for this issue. The teachers and directors did not inform me of any incidents, nor did they ever write any incident reports. I spoke with both directors Ashley Estep and Jenna Davis several times about my safety concerns; they both did nothing to make a safer environment for my child. We observed several times on the camera's kids horse playing roughly without supervision. The classrooms are over packed with only one teacher most of the day which might be causing the lack of supervision. I withdrew my child after the last unreported incident that left a severe scratch on his face. I am extremely disappointed with the care that my child received while attending LePetite Academy St Johns Bluff. This childcare center lacks efforts to keep children safe. These teachers and directors are obviously not monitoring the kids properly.

Ms.Michelle, who works at the front desk, was the first face that we saw when I went to tour. She showed us around and gave me a lot of information about the school. She was very welcoming and nice. When he started attending, she was always very understanding when I had to speak to her about anything. My son's teachers, Ms. Kayla and Ms. Roz were amazing! They were so sweet to my son and he loved them. They showed great care for him and showed interest in his interests. They did fun activities one-on-one with him and as a class. They were very great about updating the App, sending pictures and calendar updates. The school had a lot of fun team opportunities, such as cooking activities, soccer, and Jumping Jax. The director, Ms. Devita was very welcoming as well and always greeted us kindly!
