Great service, fresh coffee, all sorts of options with flavorings, and a plethora of options for those people needing flavor with less calories. There are fresh bagels, muffins, and danishes as well. read more

TOP NOTCH. My wife and I were riding around, shopping killing time before attending the Dixie Stampede, like all Tourists. In desperate need of espresso. I Googled coffee and found this Gem. Not realizing the time, when we pulled into the parking lot they (owner and employee) were walking out the door locking up for the day. I have never heard of anyone reopening for just one customer. But he insisted we come in and would not take "no" for answer. I tried to discourage him because I felt bad, still, he all but pulled me out of the car. Their attitude was great and warming with gentle conversation. The establishment was inviting and cozy. The coffee was absolutely great. Not sure what blend of espresso was used but the 4 shots I received was out of this world. My wife received a White Chocolate Frappuccino and loved it also. We vowed to return with my daughter and her boyfriend. read more

Staff was incredibly friendly and checked in on our group. Everything we got tasted delicious and for a group of 10 everything was made correctly. Very cute vibe inside. Will be going back before we leave! read more

Beats Starbucks hands down. Latte was delicious! Convenient to the cabin from upper middle creek rd.

We have been to probably a hundred non-chain coffee houses across the eastern US. I am a true lover of coffee. This was literally the best hazelnut latte I've ever experienced. The syrup was 'fresh' tasting, if syrup can be described that way. My husband had a mint frost latte. Absolutely incredible. And the lady/owner/manager was so sweet. People, you're missing out by staying on the main strip - turn left and your taste buds will love you! read more

Such a cute little coffee shop & super convenient location wise! We stopped here on our way out of Gatlinburg. They have a decent selection on syrups. I had an iced lavender latte with oat milk & it was decent. They also have some muffins and stuff you can buy if you're in the mood. You could also buy some of the syrups as they had them for sale next to the register. Would definitely stop here again if i come back to Gatlinburg! read more

Cute and cozy coffee shop in a great location. Very friendly staff and delicious drinks!

Nice easy going coffee shop right off from the mill. Just leave yourself plenty of time as mid morning on the weekend had only one employee doing both orders and drinks. Took about 15m for a coffee and tea. Hey it's easy going Gatlinburg right? No hurry. Good coffee. read more

Part of their decor was an open Bible with a highlighted verse which read "Man shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination" and yet they had run out of just about every flavor syrup we inquired about. This was perplexing since the aforementioned open Bible claimed being out was abominable. Though the baristas were extremely kind to us, the whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths, as did our drinks. read more

The smallest size available for a latte was 16oz, which should have tipped me off that it would be an overly sweet and weak latte even though I requested less milk. read more

Only one size available. $8 for a cappuccino that self-identified as a latte. This place is confused. Rock/Indie music with country inn decor. Empty cooler. The entire place has no semblance of organization. I've taken converted mini-camper coffee stops more seriously. Figure yourselves out BEFORE you re-launch under new ownership. read more

Don't sell your businesses!! Used to be a great local owned business. We found it walking around in 2018. We always made sure to stop every time we were visiting. Even if out of the way. Went August 2024 to find it had sold. We went elsewhere. We support small locally American owned business. It's disappointing. read more

Very kind employees, love that they have Christian values. Delicious coffee. Great rocking chairs.

Another Yelp find! This is a great little local coffee shop in pigeon forge near our hotel! It's a great place to grab a large before wandering around the mill. They have lots of syrup flavors so there's something for everyone! Including a few sugar free flavors! While there's usually a line & it's usually a one woman show, it's still quicker than getting your latte at the chain coffee shop in town! You can also relax in the rocking chairs by the window while you wait for your coffee! The muffins and baked goods here are also wonderful! Especially the poppy seed muffin that's as big as your face! read more

I'm a coffee snob loving any place to try with a bunch of flavors. If you are coffee lover like me I would SKIP and another option. I don't know if this was just an off day or what. Very expensive but would expect for a tourist location. Traveled here during Peak Fall season hoping this would hit the mark. Ordered a rose latte which is always my favorite. I took two sips and left the drink behind. I ordered with Oat Milk another favorite. Daughter ordered hot choc. It was just ok. I was really hoping this would be the place while we stayed 4 days of vacation for daily coffee trip. read more

Traveled to the Pigeon Forge/Gaitlinburg area for the Memorial Day week 2024. Stopped in and met the new owner of 3 weeks, Lance. He was sweet and made our drinks himself the first visit - DELICIOUS! Went back the next day, and the girls working there didn't make the coffees as well as Lance, but they were still very tasty ;) The shop is cute with plenty of seating and clean, simple decor. Three parking spaces out front, but they may need more as the business continues to grow. The shop had no, zero, pastries either day we were there- disappointing, but did not affect the coffee taste :) There is a bible and prayer box on a table in the front of the shop. As a non-religious person, I was a bit irritated at first. But then I thought, 'hey, a prayer request for my aging mom can't hurt,' so I slipped the request into the prayer box. Never say never is my motto. Anyway, love the coffee shop! read more

Pretty disappointed in this place. I understand it was a little late in the day (about 2:30 on a Thursday) but there was only one employee working. The party in front of me had about 6 or 7 drinks to be ordered, so I waited about 15 minutes before having my order taken. That's fine, I understand and she apologized. I ordered a dirty chai and an iced coffee, she told told me she was out of chai (ugh!!!! Put up a sign!!!). So I had to get out of line to ask my wife what she wanted instead. Got back in line behind a party of two, had my order taken and waited a short period of time. While waiting the employee forgot the muffin of the person in front of me and told the person behind me that she was out of dark roast. When picking up my order I think she charged me for two iced coffees because she gave me the one iced coffee and cappuccino and I picked them up and darted for the exit, and as I was leaving she said "sir! Your other iced coffee!", but I just wanted to get out of there as soon as I could (I had been in there for 30 minutes already) My wife said her cappuccino wasn't good and my iced coffee wasn't great. Also, the employee didn't wear a mask the entire time. I realize you can run out of items, I realize mistakes can be made, and I realize a store can be busy, I realize masks can be a little uncomfortable, but everything combined made it a bad experience read more

I stopped in here while visiting from out of town. Right when I walked in they said they hadn't officially opened yet but they could make lattes. Super friendly owner , excellent flat white. 10/10 read more

Staying at the campground nearby so took a bike ride here. Walked in the sign said $3.45 for a latter and when ordered it was over $6. The explanation was they hadn't had time to change the sign. We left and never plan to return. Coffee has increased but I don't believe it has doubled. read more

The quality of the espresso and brewed coffee here are pretty average, but I LOVE the variety of syrup flavors that are offered! They have all the basics (white mocha, caramel, etc) but they also have some unique flavors like pistachio and amaretto that go great in an iced latte. The owner was very quick to remake my drink when I told her it wasn't correct, and even offered to let me sample the syrups before ordering. Great service, great place to grab a flavored coffee! read more

I wish there were more stars for places AND PEOPLE like this: after 5 pm, when I'm supposed to stop drinking caffeine , I choose this place because I love the name (Madonna), and the ratings are the best for the area. It's located in the historic area on a road parallel to the main (obnoxious) drag. I walk up to the store but see they are closed. The owner comes out and says, "I can make you something." Wow! What, I thought. So she made me a delicious iced latte, we chatted about coffee (I grew up in a coffee farm in Colombia) and I was on my way. Happy and caffeinated read more

Drinks are sweet but a cute little space near the mill. We had to wait a bit for drinks because there is only 1 person making drinks. But that was fine because we weren't in a rush. Nice inside and outside seating. There was stuff for sale inside, like candles and jellies. read more

We found this coffee shop off the square and it was a hidden gem. The employees were very nice and the drinks were great. I would have given them five stars, but we were given our drinks in a styrofoam cups with lids that didn't fit well, the restroom did not have any paper towels, and they had signs up saying to not use napkins to clean up spills. The posted signs was the bigger issue, taking away from the specialty of the store. read more

Terrible tasting coffee, the setup was like a house that someone was just moving into and nothing had a place and the lady making coffee had no clue what she was doing. They served a pastry on a paper plate read more

I appreciate that this is a small coffee shop, there was only one staff member but it wasn't a problem as it wasn't too busy when we went in the morning but the line got longer when we left, so it might be a bit of a wait. I would think with only having one employee things could get very overwhelming quickly! There's a large variety of syrups but many of the best sounding ones were out (like pumpkin). I am not sure if it was just the day we visited but the shop was pretty barebones, there weren't any baked goods or treats in the cases and the soft drinks/water they had available were floating in water (ice that had been melted) so that was a little strange. I did enjoy the coffee, it was brewed well and wasn't bitter at all. I wish more syrup had been added as I like flavor and sweetness in my iced lattes and I didn't taste any in mine, and I ordered (and paid for) two different syrups. I think my husband had the same issue with his hot coffee. I would go back again to try it out. I probably enjoyed it just as much as I do Starbucks. So much can go wrong with coffee and the coffee itself was good, just wanted more flavor! Make sure visit the Cat house next store, enjoyed petting the kitties :) read more

Hard to get a cup of coffee when you're never open. Update hours to say you're never open.

Disappointed! I went around 9 AM mid week and there was a bit of a line. Only one person working but she seemed so flustered & frustrated that I felt bad asking her to make me a coffee. Coffee was average or a little below average. The bakery selection was about nothing, but we still got a piece of cherry cake, was not impressed. read more

Great coffee. The workers were very friendly and helpful. Nice sitting area inside or outside to enjoy your coffee

My husband and I absolutely love this place!! We have come to visit this area almost 4 years in a row and we visit this coffee shop every time!!! We love the peaceful atmosphere and chatting with the wonderfully kind and patient owner! The decor is clean and beautiful to look at. The big rocking chairs are comfortable and relaxing. A great spot to sit and chat. She makes the best Irish Cream Latte and I'm picky about my Irish cream lattes! Plus, she makes my husbands special mocha (non coffee!) drink and he loves it!! I visited once we arrived and it was on my list to visit before we left the area. Both visits I got the same.... a cookies and cream frappe! The first one I got with 1 shot of espresso and the 2nd I got with 2 shots and they were both soooooo good!!!! I would be here everyday if I lived in the area. It is just as cute inside as it was several years ago!!!!!! Can't wait to revisit on my next trip! read more
